The worst company I ever dealt with!!! I have never wrote a review ever in my life but I made it my duty to come warn everyone about this company. They will schedule you and reschedule time and time again. Losing out of money you need!!! They don’t care about their customers at all only money. If you need a reliable company this is not the place!!

I had a dead bolt installed on 10/26/23. 5 months later the entire turnkey (indoors) fell out in my hand. I requested a repair and was charged for the visit despite my objection. A dead bolt should last the lifetime of the home, certainly longer than 5 months! Now the exact same problem occurred last weekend. The turnkey falls out of the lock. I refuse to pay for yet another repair and Sure Lock & Key refuses to fix it unless I pay again. What kind of a business doesn't stand by their product/service.? They came out to Pick my front door lock and instead Drilled it and broke my lock completely.I have called 4 times with no help. customer service is Horrible.I supposedly spoke to a manager today.And she said there was nothing that they could do even though they completely broke my lock after only being here around five minutes! I was told by another locksmith that the lock should have easily been picked without breaking anything. The technician would not take a debit card...so we had to pay cash with is very suspicious!! And there was NO receipt provided. So $150 later, I have a broken lock and broken handles...and the company won't do a thing to help me!! I also talked to someone at the company last week and he assured me that someone would repair it and if they couldn't, then they would refund me. NOPE!!! They were fantastic, they wrapped and packaged all of my very exclusive art work and it was amazing. The previous moving companies I've had were all talk an no show, didn't care about my stuff and were too expensive. they are professional, affordable, and reliable. They were just incredibly strong and polite, they made the move go extremely easy. I was very worried about getting stuff damaged but the move was executed flawlessly and it didn't hurt my budget as much as I thought it would. These guys really know what they are doing!
