    I contacted the owner Chris at 2 young Studs Moving to do a move from one state to another. I spoke to Chris on 12/12/2024 to set up the move for 12/28/2024. He asked where was I moving from and where I was moving to. I provided this information prior to booking the movers. Chris said it would be a flat fee of $700 which he has to have up front. He said this will cover all costs such as gas, mileage and all other fees and there were no hidden costs. I agreed to this price. Chris said he only accepts ***** or *****. I paid $500 that day by ***** and the remaining $200 the following day by ***** as my bank.would not allow more than $500 a day. I let Chris know this via text and he said that would be fine and he was aware that this sometimes happens. Now we are at the day of the move on 12/28/2024. 2 young men came, very polite and hard working. They moved all of the belongings from my studio to the truck with the exception of a couple of things. As I was taking some trash to the garbage, I saw the movers at the top of the stairs. They said my boss wants to speak to you. It was Chris on the phone. He said I can't do this move. I asked why not? He responded because I made a huge mistake. I thought you were moving yo the city not upstate and what I paid would not cover this move. I told him everything is already loaded onto the truck. I asked if he can make an exception and complete the move since this was his mistake? He said NO. I would need to get another movers to do it. I asked since the truck was loaded already can I just take the truck myself and he said NO. Chris said I would have to get a uhaul to switch my things into and he would let his movers do that but charge me for labor. I told Chris this was a huge inconvenience and I can't set up another movers last minute. He didn't care and said he need his movers to do another job so I'd better figure out something fast. I had to get a storage unit and still need to move. I would like my remaining $300 back.

    Hired 2 Young Studs for a move for 10/25 at 9am. Chris M**** (owner) quoted me a 3-4 hour job (based on my apt size) and requested the 3-hour minimum upfront ($600) and $200/hr paid at the completion of the job. I paid the $600 by credit card. The 2 movers arrived at 10:20am and had a contract with names that needed to have whiteout to be removed. I did not sign the contract, as the whiteout was wet. Movers damaged the physical property of the complex walls and some of my furniture during the move. After the first trip to the new residence, movers were halfway packed on a second truck trip when they informed me Chris (boss) told them to leave the job and go to the next one. I called Chris and explained that I needed the job finished today. He said that he had other jobs and could finish mine tomorrow. I again explained that I needed the job completed today. He yelled, cursed and hung up on me. He then texted me that we could try again, but also instructed his movers to leave the site with my belongings on the truck and other belongings in the middle of the driveway, obstructing other units. Police were called and he said he would only continue if I paid $900 cash. He would then tell his movers to bring the truck load to the new residence and put things where they belonged. I paid the $900. When arriving at the new residence, the movers refused to begin work and called the police stating they felt unsafe because I was now recording them. Police came again. Movers dumped everything in the garage, not where I requested based on the labels on the boxes. I requested a full refund from Chris and he refused. Some of my items and walls have damage, the move is not complete as many things were left behind and what did get moved to the new residence is not inside of the house, but in the garage.

    Hired a ****** and 2 professional movers on 10/27/24 to complete moving belongings from the original address to the new residence. Also had the 2 ****** movers move all of the belongings that were thrown into the garage by 2 Young Studs to appropriate locations in the residence as indicated by box labels. ****** movers reassembled all furniture taken apart by 2 Young Studs during the move, including bed frames, dresser drawers and tables. ****** movers completed the unfinished work of 2 Young Studs.

    The first picture is how they left my garage at the moving to residence. Chris M**** said the movers would bring things where they belong if I paid $900 cash (I have that statement in a text from him). I paid and the movers dumped everything from the truck in the garage. The second photo shows how the movers left my original residence. My belongings were all over the driveway and they left saying they had another job to go to.

    I hired 2 Young Studs to move me from my Condo to another apartment in the same town. Upon arrival to my complex, the driver of the moving truck hit a deck adjacent to the building I was moving out of. He contacted the owner of the moving company Christopher M****, who advised him that as a bonded and insured company, when the property management company sent him a quote for the repairs he would cover the damages. The movers performed my move, I paid the movers in cash that same night, twice the price I was originally quoted. Since then, Mr. M**** ghosted me. I sent him the quote from the property management, I have called, texted, sent emails requesting payment and he has not responded. I was personally held liable for the damages and had to cover the cost of the repairs myself. Christopher M**** is irresponsible and not a man of his word. If his company is insured, why would he not take ownership of his drivers and the potential damage they may cause performing these moves. I was a faithful customer having used them 3 times previously, but after 45 days chasing him to take responsibility I believe he is not someone to be trusted and should be held to account by this agency.

    I paid $390 for Chris employees to move my furniture. They came two hours late and moved seven items out of my storage unit. When I got home they said they could not move me and I would be refunded. I called several times about my refund and he said he had to get the money. He don’t have no money. I would like my refund.

    A Refund is already underway and the cusotmer should have it by Turassy of next week.  Upon offering the refund I suggested the customer would need to wait roughly 5 business days for it to process.

    The owner Chris is the most disgusting vile man. He just swore and cursed at us for 5 minutes nonstop because we called with concerns about movers NOT showing up as well as a plethora of other issues which I will list below: 1. The movers forgot to show up/ removed me from The schedule. 2. The movers were visibly under the influence/ high 3. Our friend had to do the heavy lifting and majority of the move FOR THE MOVERS. 4. THEY FORGOT 6 OF MY BOXES. And left them in a hallway of a ********* overnight at risk for being stolen. They still have my company backpack in their truck and and have not returned it. The photo attached is evidence of the Boxes left at *********

    I hired the 2 Studs to move my furniture from ******* to ********* to my rental studio.The 2 movers were not careful with my furnitures.They broke my electric bed and teared the corner of my mattress.They scratch and chipped the wooden stairway of my tenants that her husband did 2 years ago.Of course she was not a happy camper.I called the owner Chris and explained the situation and he hanged up on me.I call a second time and he said have the landlord call me which my landlord did.He asked to see pictures which we provided.We never heard from him so the landlord called him again and he hanged up on him I also asked him to mail me a receipt which he never did.His movers we’re supposed to give me a receipt after they were all done and they never gave me one but I have the proofs of what I payed him on my checking account and my landlord have camera outside and couldn’t believe looking at it how terrible the movers were handling my furnitures I want to file a claim for the damages and need help Thank you ******* *********

    I am rejecting this response because: I visited the place before renting and I assured you the stairs were not damage and my electric bed was not tear on the sides either nor my mattresses !!!

    I am also complaining that those 2 guys that came never used any equipment nor dolly’s to move any of my furnitures 

    They never game me a receipt either!!!

    I wouldn’t bother to complain if that was not the case and my landlord wants it fix

    I completely agreed with her and her husband I saw those stairs more than once and was there when those 2 guys moved everything.The way they handle the moving speaks for itself 

    Its his responsibility to make a claim not mine
