- There are absolutely no refunds for wash plans that are unused. If at any time a customer wishes to cancel their monthly membership it is preferred they use the customer submit form on our website to provide us with their name, phone number, and fast pass code. Failure to cancel your plan before your scheduled recharge date will not constitute a refund on our behalf. The customers recharge date is the same date in which they activate their plan. Also, Royal Car wash will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage due to non-manufacturer and/or post-factory add-ons and modifications to a vehicle. Our tunnels are programmed for factory produced vehicles ONLY. Please adhere to all clearance requirements and any lowered trucks or cars may not be allowed to enter the tunnel. Customers will be held responsible for ignoring this policy and damaging our equipment.
