I hired CT Drywell a year ago to fix a drainage problem in a parking lot of a commercial property I own. I had an engineer draw up plans on a possible solution and gave them to Ryan. He assured me he could fix my flooding problem and put in a drainage system. He said back up pumps were going to be installed as extra security. When he went to hook up the pumps he found there was no outside power source but said the system would work no matter what and he would get an electrician to go out and hook up the pumps to an exisiting meter inside. Parking lot flooded the first rain after work was done. I called to let him know the parking lot was flooded. He said that it was important to get the back up pumps hooked upbut never came out to look. I asked why the parking lot was flooded when I thought the back up pumps were only for unprecedented storms. He then told me the electric company was coming out and we would be all set. I assumed they did and the parking lot continued to flood and tenants were upset with me. I finally called again to find out what was going on and was told that he went out and was meeting with electrician. I finally called electric company and they said they never went back out and he finally paid them. I also have water getting into the basement. I contacted him last month and he said he would get right out and fix the problem. He never did. I recently found an electrician willing to hook up the pumps. Parking lot really flooded a couple of weeks ago. I got a hold of Ryan's wife. He was going to get over that day and I told her electrician could also meet him. He did not go and didn't tell me. Ryan finally got in touch with electrician and told me everything was all set and they were going to meet. Electrician called me to say he never got in touch with him to meet up again and wasn't happy I have sent multiple text messages and left voice mail messages for Ryan and his wife asking what is going on and still no meeting with electrician.
