5 starsWe just received delivery of our hot tub from Hot Tub Discounts. To our surprise we received our hot tub several weeks earlier than expected. The delivery went very smoothly with Kyle & Karl. Karl stayed with us to go over the entire tub, the start up and the chemical process. It is comforting to know that Karl will be back in a couple of weeks to check on us and is available whenever needed. 5 starsWe bought an Infinity-Platinum Spa from Discount Hot Tubs and had an amazing experience! Our install was not easy, we were putting the hot tub into a sunroom on our raised deck. Jason, the technician who came to deliver the tub was amazing, from start to finish! We never felt there was an issue or a doubt in his mind that the install would be flawless, and he was right! We have had our hot tub for about two weeks now and received a complimentary follow up and our Hot Tub technician Karl came out and walked us through cleaning of the filters, the proper chemical balance to keep the water clean and clear and overall maintenance to insure the life of the hot tub. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took his time answering all our questions. We are so happy with the overall experience and look forward to enjoying our spa for many years to come. 5 starsI wanted to have the professionals clean our hot tub for the first time … Karl did an amazing job! He walked me through the entire process, gave me hints on how to keep it looking brand new and provided all around exceptional customer service! 1 starI would provide less than 1 star if allowed. In May 2022, I brought some parts from my hot tub (not purchased with this organization) that needed replacement. Shelly shared that they did not have them in stock, but would have the technician order them for me. I called after 2 weeks and Shelly told me that the "technician does not come in as often as we would like. " She shared that she would get back to me. 4 weeks later, I call for an update. Again, I was told by Shelly that the "technician does not come in as often as we would like and we are in the process of moving so have not had time. " I shared that they had to the end of the week to find the parts or call and let me know if they can't get them. Well, today i walked in to get my old parts so i can go elsewhere (almost 8 weeks later) and the man said he did not know where they were and I should come back. I did not leave and after stating he needed to find them, the were provided to me. All he needed to do was go to Shelly's desk where they were located. Instead, he was not willing to go very far to assist. Avoid this company at all cost. Don't waste your time.
