Went for an ordered ER follow up for my 5 year olds broken clavicle. Waited over an hour to see Dr. Wei who has quite a bit of bad reviews. I went out twice to see what the hold up was. After 30 min of waiting I was respectful but stern, and reminded the nurse, he’s five, in pain and tired. After another 20, I was visibly angry. I said, there’s no excuse for this. He’s five, it’s been an hour and it’s a clavicle. Surely he knows this is going to be a 5 minute visit and he should have been a priority. Dr finally comes in and has the nerve to say to my son “you seem to have a problem listening” or something like that. The thing is, my son was silent when he came in. Wasn’t being defiant. Dr Wei had no personality, seemed to have an annoyed tone and bad attitude. Based on how many awful reviews he has, not sure how he still has a job.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor, he could care less what was going on with me, but was gracious enough to give me three minutes of his time in which he couldn’t be bothered to answer any of my questions, just write a couple of Scripps and MoveOn. The Dollar General of doctors. Not even disappointed just mad. 9:00 o’clock appointment back in my car at 9:25.

I warn you not to go to Norwich orthopedic partners. My hip revision failed. I told Dr S***** and he did not want to know what went wrong. He did not care. I had to have revision surgery. The revision surgeon told me S***** chose the wrong device and that he cut a muscle unnecessarily. I have a deformed leg. It’s a meat market. I had to pay cash just to tell him his surgery failed. A good doctor would want to know why. Take my advice and another surgeon
