            I took my vehicle 2018 ******** ****** in for service on Monday August 29,2022 due to a leak in the radiator, bad window motor and a slow leak in my front driver side tire. After 5 days in this establishment I picked my car up on Friday September 02, 2022. I was charged $44 to repair two tires. As I left the shop the low pressure light came on for my front driver side tire. I immediately called the repair shop and was told to bring it back. I returned within a few minutes and was told they did fix it and they would be available to replace it when I needed it. Because of my work schedule and other personal reasons I was not able to go somewhere else to get it repaired until today September 27th. I took my car to Town fair tire to get the same tire repaired. I was notified by one of the service mechanics that my tire was poorly patched by a “ cheap” piece of material that was not good to repair tires. As a consumer it is very disheartening feel that I was taken advantage of.

            On April 17, 2024, I made an appointment with JP Automotive to have brake work done on April 29. On the 29th, I dropped my car off at 8 AM with the intention of picking it up at the end by the end of the day (they close at 5 PM). I was told I would receive a call when the work had been completed. By 4:15 I hadn't heard from JP Auto so I called them. They told me the car had just been pulled into the garage and would have to be left overnight and the work would have to be completed the next day. Obviously, I was furious that they didn't complete the work on the appointed day and that they intended to deprive me of my car overnight and at least for part of the next day. They didn't even have the courtesy of contacting me beforehand to get my permission. I immediately picked up my car and will be getting it serviced elsewhere. JP Automotive may have some fine mechanics working there, but the business is run in an arrogant and thoughtless way.
