    I am writing this in hopes someone will avoid the mistake I made of bringing my car here. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July. Having just gotten the car I was very distraught. I was recommended this shop by ******** stating it was in good hands with repubable people… I was hesitant at first and should have listened to my gut. During these 4 months that my car was in the hands of this shop, I was receiving calls about how parts were being ordered, how the car is being broken apart to assure accurate damage, and how the front bumper is completely fixed. After 2/3 months of my car being in the owners hands, “Jim” stopped answering my calls. Here we are 4 months later. I finally had enough and showed up the auto shop only to find my car smashed up the same was it was when it arrived. In fact it was in worse condition as it was sitting outside with the hood open, no tarp and debris everywhere for 4 months. My car is now in WORSE condition than how it arrived there thanks to Knights Auto. Please heed my warning and DO NOT trust this shop by any means.
