    The car wash caused unreliable damage to my **** ****** *** bike rack, which I clearly asked the attendant if it was OK to be on there or not and he said yes I have pictures of the individual I can send you.And his supervisor confirmed that he did say to me that it was OK to have it attached. the rack is damaged beyond use, and I am requesting the full replacement value of a new one

    Our deepest apologies! Our team at the KC "**********" location has found a new rack online and has ordered it. My GM Parris P***** will be the point contact person for this occurrence. Our other manager Reggie F***** is well aware of the situation, and we will take care of *** ********* bike rack. I will have the team reach out to Steve and inform him. I hope this resolves Steve's complaint. We intend to educate our team going forward so these types of situations do not happen again.
