    I bought a fridge this time last year the last 3 months started to not work and freeze over not letting the fridge stay cool, contacted then several times after getting a hold of them paid them 300 for a repair that lasted less than a month but there answer was repairs are only honored for 15 days then just basically nothing they can do so I’m out over 1000 I gave them for the fridge and the 300 for the repair they never repaired horrible service

    I purchased a Washer Dryer unit and upon delivery they dropped the unit breaking off one of the legs and broke my stairs. Neither delivery person spoke english and I told them as best I could to let "Joe" know about the incident. I have left 7 messages and recently 5/5/2024 went in the store. I was given a card to call the person in charge which I did. I left another message. No live person to speak to.

    My carpenter/electrician was here when the men dropped the washer dryer on my stairs. I called 6 times and left messages with a gentleman for "Joe" to call me regarding the issue. I got back from Florida and went into the office and the old staff was gone. They said "Joe" was not there anymore. The delivery men did not speak English. I told them to let Joe know about the incident. They broke my stairs and I am now having them replaced at my expense. It's not fair, they must have some type of liability insurance for these types of claims. I want compensation for the damage from the delivery men.

    I bought an oven from them. When I took of the back plate to install the electrical cord it was wet and burnt. It looks like it it caught on fire before. They said they can swap it out once. The oven they swapped it out for leaked water all into the back of my car. The oven seemed like it was left outside. They said it was normal and it was a cleaner that is a fire hazard as it is water with electrical. I wouldn’t test out the oven because I didn’t want to get electrocuted and die. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I asked them to take back the oven and get a refund as I do not trust the appliances from there anymore. They said they are not giving me a refund and they are not swapping out this oven another time . They then proceeded to shut the door in my face. Two ovens with water damage and they claim they are both fine. I took videos of the oven that was in my car for 40 minutes leaking water still it was full of water. these appliances are complete safety hazards . The warranty means nothing if they only swap it out with another broken appliance. nowhere on the warranty does it say they will only swap it out once.. They said since I didn’t try it to see if it worked that it doesn’t matter I don’t trust plugging in a oven that has been soaked in water . Complete joke of a company.

    First Refrigerator was purchased on 9/27/23 got it home and it didn't work. Returned it the next day they advised they would order and then nothing for a few weeks. Went back up there on 10/18/23 they said part would be in and promised to delver by 10/25/23. At that point they delivered a different one and when you plugged it in and turned on the water it came pouring out the bottom of the door. When removing the panel the water flow was cracked. Told them to come pick up there item and now they ignore your calls along.

    This is a duplicate event. I responded to this today. We refunded the customer in its entirety. We also picked up the unit and returned it to the store. see attachment with proof of refund. One complaint was submitted by the wife and the other by the husband. We went above and beyond our store policy to try and accommodate them. Resulting in a full refund.

    I was over charged for the refrigerator receipt has 889.00 dollars as price,was over charged on the sales tax. second the refrigerator does not work .I have tried to resole the problem with Ramone through texts and phone calls he told me he would credit it back to my credit card that was in September it is know October the they sold me a broken appliance One of the owners Ramone agreed to pick up the appliance and refund back to the **** card but he still has not done so

    I am rejecting this response because:they have not credited back any money back to my **** , i was over charged  the refrigerator, the invoice shows this .The refrigerator only worked for 3 days Ramone  the owner of three guys agreed he  would credit back 1,217.71 dollars back to my card. HE  agreed to pick up the fridge once the  money was credited back i  have repeatedly texted  Ramone he calls back and tells  me he is working on the refund  this has been going on since September it is now November  the last texted that i sent him on October 17th about the refund he just ignored me and i still have a broken refrigerator and no REFUND

    If anyone is even coming close to thinking about getting appliances from 3 Brothers Appliances & Furniture LLC DONT Sold us a stove end of November. Went to pick it up, they said they dropped it when they were getting it ready. Got it home, it was faulty. Refused to take my call. Sent email in February again as the top burner started to stay on by itself. A fire hazard. They replied someone will get back to me. The fianance company and I have tried multiple times to contact them with no luck. Showed up on 4 seperate occasions to have them tell me the person I need to speak to isn’t in. 4 seperate weeks different days and times. Absolutely horrendous. I can’t use the stove do this, I’ve burnt my hand…and they want nothing to do with making good on the sale.

    Yes, the lady bought a stove in November of last year and sent us an email and called the company that financed her, in both cases it indicates that the guarantee is 30 days, as it is on the receipt, she contacted us almost 4 months after purchase.

    They would not answer the phone OR would hang up on me. I didn’t even order the oven I got! They broke the first ones! And I’m not the only one going through this. Look at their reviews! And even if that was the case, I still got no response from them. Then I got my fianance company calling in and they couldn’t get an answer from them either. I want at least 50% refund since the broke MY oven and sold me a fire hazard that they claim was working

    On 3/2 I went into the establishment to look at what they had to offer, after about an hour we looked at a refrigerator that the doors worked and was what we were looking for when we went to pay he said that we couldn’t pay for the whole thing on my card that they could only take half and the other half cash, we didn’t have 650$ in cash so he said he would come back with the cash and he would just run our card for half, the next day my girlfriend went to the bank and took 650$ cash out, she went down to pay for it and the man didn’t even know what she was talking about she showed him the fridge and when he went to look at it and open it the drawer wouldn’t open and the handle broke off he said they’d fix it before delivery, she asked for a receipt and he said he couldn’t give her one. They delivery guys got here about 1230 and They didn’t understand anything I said when they were at my house, they uninstalled the old fridge and in the process cut my water line to the water dispenser then told me it was my problem to fix. The doors were broken and again told that it was my problem and that they delivered a perfect fridge. They damaged my door frame and my livingroom and refused to take responsibility yet I have it all on camera. There was mud all over my house and never cleaned up or apologized for all the damage then just left my house that way and with all my doors off. And told me that was ok and how they do business, that night we contacted them and said we just wanted our money back and them to come get the fridge because it was going to cost us more money to fix What they broke between the cut line the damage to my house and they left and never even out the doors back on my house and I already spent more than I could and they said tough that they weren’t giving me my money back and it wasn’t their problem. All I want is them to come get their product and give me my money back so we can go get one that works and has a warranty

    The bottom door of the refrigerator did not open, because the fridge was left overnight testing before the deliver

    When the technician tried to open the part of the freezer, it did not open because the rails had frozen, and a screw came out of the handle when trying to open the refrigerator, the screw was replaced (this is usual to remove it when refrigerators do not pass through the doors is not something that damages the equipment), It was placed on the refrigerator rails (***** Multi-Use Product) which serves to prevent corrosion and/or allows it to function correctly.


    The Customer requested that we remove the old equipment, but we told her that, we generally do not do that, and that in such a case it is an additional cost, but in order to achieve the sale and help the client, we agreed at no cost.

    Upon arrival we realized that the old equipment did not have (Water Line Hookup and Installation Kit for Refrigerators) it was directly connected, and that it is not the correct installation.

    We asked her if she wanted us to take the refrigerator with us, and she said yes.  we unplugged the fridge, taped the hose shut and proceeded to remove the equipment. This machine was larger and did not go through the door, the only way was to remove the door frames, we asked if he wanted to continue and he did, but when trying to put the frames back, she said no, because she wanted to paint it, f***t

    We do not install water in refrigerators to avoid damage to customers' property. If the customer does not have (Water Line Hookup and Installation Kit for Refrigerator) it is a job to be done by the customer


    Our policy covers for 30 days, if the equipment presents any of the compressor.

    We attach an invoice and where the policy is indicated, which is 30 days. We do not refund money, only change when there is any damage to the compressor.

    I am rejecting this response because: the hookup was correct, had the installation tech been an actual professional they would have gone downsta*** and seen that in fact the necessary hardware was installed downsta***, therefore they cut our lines for no reason. Furthermore their website clearly states they remove old equipment so saying that they don’t is a lie and I have a screenshot to prove it, also they never asked me if I wanted it gone in fact the delivery people did not say anything, they broke pieces off my door jam and yet their delivery states they would leave the equipment outside if they couldn’t get it inside without damage and then I have responses that state we received what we paid for however when we were in the store I paid for a WORKING ice and water dispenser and a WORKING freezer of which we don’t have either. They refused to give me a receipt for the cash we paid, and understanding there is a warranty however they are in default of what we purchased.

    Just to clarify the service of collecting appliances we have it, but it is not part of the sale of appliances, it is a service that is paid separately

    That's why we said that we don't usually do it (for free we wanted to say).
    I already sent you the invoice, we are not opposed to that, I think it was a matter of communication.

    As we mentioned in today's visit to Andrea, we will see how the appliance works and on Monday we will be visiting them to verify the dispenser, in case there is a problem with the appliance, you are covered by the guarantee.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Once again, our freezer is not working and this time we had to travel across town to bring our food to a friends house so we didn't lose another freezer full of food. This is unacceptable and now you want us to cancel our weekend plans to go to your store 

    and pick out a fridge for the same price that doesn't have ALL the features WE PAID for. That is unacceptable. We paid for the features we have and we won't settle for anything less. We had to video record this company finally accepting to send us the second half of our receipt so taht we had proof. No one should ever have to do that with a company in order to truly get good service. 

     

    Here we are a week later, without a working fridge/freezer. More of our money spent trying to make it work and not lose our food and still this company has not taken any resonsibility for their poor actions and quality of merchandise. Their lack of professional installers, who had they done their job correctly they would have seen that the part they needed to connect was in the basement and there was NO NEED to DAMANGE my water line, we have had to buy supplies to fix the damage they did to my home, and the countless hours spent to file claims with the BB, ***, **** ** ******** *********n and now I'm looking into legal action (lawyer has all the videos and messages and it is in review) along with a letter to the town of ******* council to review this business. 

     

    I have had it with the poor ethics this business has, and I am prepared to go as far as I need to to get my money back. I don't want the fridge they will turn and sell and make money on and i don't want this one, I just want my money back and I want this company to be exposed for selling Lemon appliances and investigated. 

     

    I think it would be in the best interest of each party to just return my money in full or even for less the installation/delivery charge of $125 so a refund of $1175 so that we both can just be done with this. I will not stop until I get my money back.

    My wife and I are a small farm in ********* selling grass fed beef and pork. This past weekend our freezer needed to be recharged (we have a full bottle of R404a refrigerant) and found Three Brothers Appliances in *******. We called them, they charged us $159.52 to come out and charge it. They sent two guys. One who only spoke Spanish and the other could speak a few English words. It was very hard to communicate and trying to tell them what the actual issue was. They started pulling my electrical apart which I know is perfectly fine. They couldn't get the compressor motor to run so the guy stripped a wire and told me it had shorted out and that the compressor was "no bueno", not fixable but can buy new one for $1200 and then pay him to put it on and recharge it. There was no evidence of a "short" of any sort. A short would show black burn marks to which there were none. We ended up having to go buy a small chest freezer to put the meat in to keep it frozen. The next morning, Sunday, I turned the subject freezer power on and it worked fine. Just needs recharging, like what we had called them for. So now I contacted another service guy from another company and he told me that those guys were just trying to scam us and it happens a lot. He's coming this week to recharge the freezer. My wife and I called Three Brothers Appliances this morning, Monday 8/1, to tell them what happened and that we want our money back. The guy who answered the phone was Spanish speaking with very poor English and said we couldn't get our money, couldn't speak to the owner or manager and hung up on us multiple times. I'm pretty sure I'll never see the money back but I figured I would reach out and tell the BBB my experience with a local business. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to get our money back or to make sure this doesn't happen to other people. Thank you

    HI this is Jackie the manager here. We were called to schedule a technical visit. The technician went and gave them a diagnosis. The customer was not happy with the diagnosis given being they got an opinion from another technician over the phone. I understand they feel we improperly diagnosed the freezer. They called here demanding a refund and were told to please wait until the manager was here for a solution being I was off. I was informed of what took place and immediately tried reaching out to the customer. No one answered and I left a message stating the last thing I want is an unhappy customer and that I did refund their payment for the visit. I would greatly appreciate if this complaint is removed as I provided what they wanted a refund. We are not scammers and for a technician to diagnose over the phone an appliance like they mentioned is not possible. Once again, we were paid to provide a diagnosis and that was what was done.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We would like it noted that we had called them asking them specifically to recharge the machine. Also the man who answered the phone at the business initially would not let us speak to the manager. He would not disclose any way to get ahold of the manager and hung us on us several times. The third time we wanted to speak to the manager or owner and we called back is when he finally said that the manager was not going to be back until Wednesday. The technicians seem to not know what they were doing and made up an answer. There is nothing wrong with the compressor on the machine. They did not look for the simplest solution first. The technician that gave us an answer over the phone had actually seen the machine a month prior and that is why he knew what was wrong. That technician was not available and three brothers were the only ones open on a Saturday and that is why we called them. Please keep this in mind when you get other complaints furthuer down the road. We are too busy and need our $150 too much to push this complaint further or we would. I hate to think that other people will be scammed by this business.

    I purchased a washer and dryer and fridge on March 21, 2022 and had it delivered 3/24/2022. Fridge didn't work so had to have them replace with a different one, delivery guy ripped my new floor and ignored it ,house wasn't even fully moved into yet , never got the shelf they were supposed to order for replacement fridge. Washer I tried out day it was delivered and water flooded my floor called them and they came with a hose and changed that, I tried finishing cleaning and it wouldn't change cycles he was aware before he even left that day and said someone would have to come back a technician he was the manager. I have a call history of daily calls from March25 everyday through April 4th and stopped down at the location and kept telling me manager would have to call me and get a tech over. My warranty was for 30 days. I kept calling and got frustrated and then they called me back after 30 day Warranty had expired and told me they could send try and provide a tech but I was outside my warranty. I advised that I have a record of all dates called starting day after delivery so tried to rectify way before warranty expiration, they then said sorry we can't help you and hung up on me and when I called back they said they didn't have to speak to me anymore. I was so taken back as I tried to promote a small business instead of going to a chain store. I had to call a tech from the area to come and look at the washer and that service call cost me 140.00 for something that should have been fixed under warranty and he found the control board is bad which he stated they would have known if they tested it prior to selling , the part alone is 250.00 then will have to pay labor. I paid good money for this and shouldn't be having to go through his it should have been fixed in March when the calls went in

    Prior to her warranty expiration we did go out a couple of times and serviced the issue. Customer was happy and content. Then the customer called us to say there was another issue just when her warranty expired. We are only responsible for the COMPRESSOR ONLY!! to be technical Per our policy.  We fix or swap and, in this situation, neither can be done again because her warranty has expired.

    On April 14, 2022 I purchase a washer machine ($477.55) and a dryer machine ($621.08). The items were delivered the next day. Three days later the washer machine stopped working so I called Ramon and he said he will send me another one to send mine to fix and then bring me mine back. The exchange was made on April 21, 2022. A week later the washer machine they gave me to replace mine until it got fixed started making loud noises and I called Ramon, he suggested I kept the one that wasn't working "properly" because it was inconvenient for him to bring a third washer machine to a second floor and that he had order the piece he needed to fix mine and was going to arrive by the end of May. He gave me his word that I was going to get my washer machine back. And I asked him if the one month warranty was still going to be there when I received it and he said yes. Today June 1st, I have not heard from Ramon so I called him more than six times and then received a text message saying he was on vacation and he was coming back after June 16th. So I went to the store where I purchased the items (*** **** *** ******** ** *****) and saw one of the delivery guys and asked him for Ramon, he said "Ramon is in and out of the store, he's around". I asked him if he had any information about my washer machine and he said he didnt know anything about that. I saw and older man that happens to be in charged of the store and told me they couldn't helped me because my warranty was expired and gave me a business card that has both locations and phone numbers but neither one of the phone numbers are longer in service. And told me he didn't know where Ramon was. Ramon is reading the messages I send but fails to reply, which makes it seem like he's avoiding the situation.

    We follow our policy. Which means that any issue with the equipment we will fix or 100% swap out. This customer purchased a washer machine from us and it had an issue that needed to be fixed and an order for a part took place. We gave her another washing machine ******* in perfect working condition and we told the customer to give us a some time until the part arrived. We never gave her an estimated date because we weren't sure how long it would take. Last week we gave her a called letting her know all was set and that we would be bringing her the new washer she purchased on Tuesday the following week. This customer agreed and was greatly appreciative so, we do not understand why this was posted prior. If there are any questions feel free to contact me.
