On March 11, 2024, Your Adspace CT charged my credit card $425 without my authorization. They were contacted by my wife ******* and she was told the company would email me and refund my money. They have now been contacted at least 3 times with no refund issued. I want the $425 refunded back to my card and I want my complaint to be available on line for others to see. Thank you!

I was given ***** ****'s credit card number by his wife and told to charge it for an advertisement, which I did and the advertisement was published.  A few days later, she called me frantically and told me to refund the charge as she was in a messy divorce situation.
After she provided me an updated card of her own, I refunded the charge on the original card she gave me, the documentation is attached. All of this was completed within 9 days (after back and forth), which is appropriate.
I was receiving calls in the evening and the weekend and my part-time bookkeeper was not available.
Furthermore, the client was given the opportunity to stop payment on their card and chose not to. That would have solved the problem.
