On 12-08-2021, I placed an order for flowers from: From You Flowers LLC. The flowers were called "The Perfect Christmas Gift" and consisted of Red Roses, White Lilys, and small and large red and white flowers which may have been carnations? or Poms? It was in a Clear Glass Vase! Also, the flowers were garnished with what looks like evergreens? The price for the size I ordered (MEDIUM) was $54.99. - $11.00 Bing discount, plus $14.99 Service/Handling fee, plus $4.13 sales tax for a total due: $63.11. I chose 12-12-2021 as my delivery date. The order was delivered, but it was not what I paid for. The flowers delivered were mostly carnations, with no Lilies, and no Roses! So, on 12-14, after thinking about it, I called "From You Flowers" to complain about the substitution of my order> Spoke with customer service and was assured the correct flowers would be delivered the next day! Well, on 12-16-2021, they delivered another Bouquet, but they were just about the same as before, mostly carnations and maybe one (1) large rose, but it still was nothing like what I had ordered and paid for; Roses (3-4), Lilys (2-3), and Poms, and whatever the other flowers were in the advertised picture! These mail order companies are either falsely advertising their products, or they are Bait and Switch! If I buy what they advertise, but they do not actually have the product, then it's false advertising! And if they do have the item, but switch to an inferior product, that's illegal! Could From You Flowers LLC be another subsidiary of ************ If so, I want them to know that because 1800Flowers double billed me, I want nothing to do with either them or From You Flowers LLC!Business response

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and paid for expedient shipping. The flowers said delivered that night (far from the allocated time I was initially given) and the flowers never actually arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and nobody has helped me. I essentially had $75 dollars and several hours of my life stolen from me.Business response

I placed an order on 12/15/2021 for delivery on 12/16/2021. I received zero communication regarding my order. The morning of the 16, I chatted in for an updated status.. They said it should be delivered 12/16/2021 with no issues.. and it was still within the delivery time frame. at 4:10 pm, I chatted again because it was almost close to the end of the business day, and had no update on the delivery. When I chated in they just simply said "Amogh 04:14 pm your order will be delivered tomorrow" No apology no nothing. this was a very sentimental issue as this was an annual tradition. I trusted From You Flowers, LLC to make the delivery on the date and time selected. Well at first, they offered 20% off, then 50% off, and had to keep the delivery. When I finally accepted and came to terms that there was no way this would be delivered by today. They later said "Amogh 04:45 pm I apologize for the inconvenience , i was told either redelivery or refund maybe we should then proceed with cancelling the order" No even keeping their word.. They did cancel my order for a full refund but I got nothing for this inconvenience. Like I said no money is worth the actual disappointment of missing my yearly traditionBusiness response

I purchased a bouquet and sympathy card and paid for next day delivery for Fri 11/26. Order number was *********. I received email confirmation of delivery, but the family did not receive anything. I contacted the business and they continued stating that it was delivered to the intended recipient. After many emails and phone calls, I received a partial refund and they said they would deliver it Monday 11:29 before noon. It is now 2pm and no information on delivery. It’s becoming really frustrating as I don’t want to keep asking a grieving family if they received something, and I really wanted this to arrive in a timely fashion. I’m also sick of contacting their customer support, especially when the “Supervisor Department” is (1) copy and pasted emails and (2) the same call center agent as before (so not actually a supervisor)Business response

A Supervisor has spoken to the customer and this has been resolved. At this time a full refund has been processed which will post back to their account in 1-3 business days based on their credit card provider. In addition, we have extended a $50.00 complimentary arrangement to be sent as an apology from our company. This offer was accepted and the order is scheduled for delivery on November 30th. Once we have received the confirmation from our delivering florist we will advise the customer. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with.

I am rejecting this response because:
the company specifically confirmed with me that the complementary arrangement would be a seasonal Christmas piece (which was what I originally ordered), and what was delivered 5 days late was a yellow bouquet. This was supposed to be a replacement for the one that never showed up.I’m glad I received my money back, but it is unacceptable that the bouquet was so late and it’s honestly laughable that it was so different from what I ordered. I would absolutely NEVER work with this company again and I would encourage anyone reading these reviews to look elsewhere for floral arrangements. I wasted time playing phone tag with the company, which is not what anyone needs ESPECIALLY when they are dealing with florals for a funeral. Simply unacceptable.

My closest of friends had 3/4 household members in the hospital with Covid. One family member died. I set up a flower delivery to be at their house when they got home. Order number ********* cost $73.57. I even paid the extra fee. Money has been taken out of my bank account. No product was delivered. I spoke to several reps with the same story but nothing ever was delivered. So besides our pain and suffering our money was stolen. Now we have to find someone else before the funeral hopefully. Very poor business ethics !! When you call they just give you the run around !!!Business response

I ordered flowers to be delivered to ** **** ***** funeral who was living in *** ** ** **** ** ********** ** *** **** ** *** ***** in August of 2021. The flowers were never delivered on time if at all. I reached out to From You Flowers the day after the funeral by telephone to let them know they were never received. While on the phone the customer representative tried to investigate but claimed he couldn’t reach the carrier. Since he was unable to find out what had happened, he said they would refund me back the full amount and it would take 1-3 business day. I had them to email me the confirmation that they would refund me the money. I received the email confirmation, but never received the refund. Explained to my bank what had happened, they put the money back into my account. From You Flowers did a claim reversal and took it out again. My bank said they reached out to From You Flowers and was told it was stated to them that From You Flowers had sent me a check. Never received a check and as of September 10, 2021 it shows it was taken from my account again. My order number is #*********.Business response

A supervisor has reached out to the customer, We have left voicemails and sent emails. The customer was fully refunded by us on August 13, 2021. We have explained this to the customer. The customer then filed a dispute with her credit card company. It was explained that we cannot recharge her without her being on the phone as the credit card information does not stay in the system once the order is place. We explained that we do not send out checks for a refund. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. The customer was given the refund id's for her order and it was suggested that she provide this to her credit card company. Please let us know if we can assist with anything further. This company is committing FRAUD. They are charging my credit card and did not deliver the flowers. They sent and email for confirmation of order and the order number does not show in their system. They also sent a text saying my order is ready. They want me to send a copy of my bank statement, which I feel is unreal.Business response

We have confirmed the order was placed with a florist for delivery November 12th but the customer insisted to have the order cancelled. At this time the order has been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. This will post back to the customer's account in 1-3 business days based on their credit card provider. On October 25, 2021, I purchased a funeral standing spray from From You Flowers online for a total of $174.66, order #*********. This total includes a fee to expedite the order which was to be delivered before 10am on the morning of October 29, 2021. I was informed the arrangement was not delivered, and upon calling the company, I was told there is no guarantee that orders will be delivered by noon. They cancelled the order, refunded me 50% and sent a bunch of flowers worth about $35 as an apology to the widow. Not only was this upsetting for the family, but it has caused me great embarrassment. I feel that this company should refund me at least 75% as I am willing to pay for the bunch of flowers sent to the widow as an apology. This company had a cavalier attitude when they addressed this problem, and yet their Q&A section states funerals are “top priority” and that paying an expedited fee guarantees early delivery. I run a children's clinic for a vulnerable population and have been receiving unsolicited flowers with cryptic/unsigned cards on them at the clinic. Another large floral company chain this anonymous sender had previously used agreed to block me from receiving anything from this sender. Unfortunately, today I received a bouquet from fromyouflowers.com whom I then contacted as 1.) this as it is ongoing harassment from the sender and 2.) it is a liability for the children and myself at this clinic. They reached out to the sender who apparently responded that "he would love to remain anonymous" and informed me they will not share his name nor block him from sending me flowers moving forward.Business response

A Manager has reached out to the recipient and this has been resolved. We have taken steps with our company in regards to orders being sent to her. As we are not able to release the customer information without their permission we have advised the recipient to contact her local authorities in regards to this matter. I ordered a bouquet yesterday before 3:00 pm for my GF's and I's anniversary. Despite a "guarantee" that the flowers will be delivered TODAY, my GF did not get the flowers. Now, I'm forced to drive two hours last minute to get her an even more expensive bouquet.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Not only was my order not delivered on Monday (they submitted my order to inactive flower shop), but when it was delivered on Tuesday, it was not in prestine or "upgraded" condition as they had stated. I paid for the most expensive option of the bouquet's and expected a nice, large bouquet especially since they promised to enhance it as part of the delivery mishap. However, when I saw it Friday last week (my GF received it Tuesday of last week), the flowers looked half alive and there was five roses. Do you believe an upgraded bouquet (for which I paid both an upgrade and received ANOTHER complimentary update) had FIVE barely live roses? What an embarassment.
