1 starWorse furniture store ever. Spend over $10 thousands dollars in new furniture they promise you will receive your furniture in 2-3 weeks just to make their sale. Joseph the salesman manager is a total scam months will pass by and your furniture will never arrive he promises and promises just to back up he’s ass . After they arrived they will send you everything broken scratched or in complete orders when you call them they are unprofessional they will save your contact number and answer with a (Hello) since they know why you are calling them for. Do not waist your money or time dealing with their nonsense and lies and their garbage furniture this business should have been closed down a long time ago . SCAMMERS all they worry about is making their sales for commission and don’t care about their customers.Review fromAshley Q

1 starIf I can give this store a negative rating I would! This has by far been the worst experience yet!! DO NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE FROM THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! The sales rep was great don’t get me wrong but the customer service if something goes wrong, HORRIBLE! I picked up my couches with my brother from the warehouse. On arrival I realized the box with the smaller couch was damaged. I didn’t think anything of it because you don’t always want to judge by the outside. When we got home, my helpers helped bring them in and realized that there was damage to the back of the couch and the arm was damaged on the same side. I was sooo FURIOUS, I called the place IMMEDIATELY and advised them of everything. She asked me for photos, I sent them! She then had the audacity to ask me if they dropped the sofas, I said did you not see the photo of when I picked it up from YOUR warehouse. She didn’t know what to say but then stated that she would call me back. She then asked me if I can bring the couches back? Like excuse me?! This is yall fault and they are heavy as h*** do you really think we can bring them back? She then said she was going to send a “technician” to come and “LOOK” at it. It’s been ALMOST THREE WEEKS & I still have yet to hear from them! I have made several attempts to reach out to them and STILL NOTHING! This is ridiculous, unprofessional, irresponsible, inconsiderate, and just all around disgusting customer service! I paid $2,100 for couches that I cannot even utilize the way I would like to. I cannot enjoy my new apartment because of this crap. I’m BEYOND furious! They just need to be SHUT DOWN all around!! DONT BUY NOTHING FROM HERE!!! I will take legal actions if I need to. Yes it’s just couches, but it’s my hard earned money. It’s not like I’m rich and can afford twelve of these! The audacity of these people I swear!! So disgusted!!! 1 starIf i can, i will give them negative star. I went there, nice store nice furniture but customer service is horrible. 1) I was told you can pick any 2 rugs you like. However I didn’t like any so i was given 2nd option. Go to www.caplerugs.com pick 2 rugs and text me on this number. This is what information given by Shuhaib T*****. Now real problem started. Everything was ordered on 1/28/24. Then in February i have to remind them about rugs but nothing. March i reminded again. Now T***** started ignoring me and this company has no corporate so you can’t complain anywhere. However website phone number you call they say you have to talk to ********** store because everything was purchased from there. Now Mohammed is trying to help. He keeps telling me, he is talking to Tom and he will call me but no calls i received. I still keep calling every week but no answer. They stopped picking up my phone calls. I personally went so many times in that store but no help. Now on April 27th when i called from my phone no one picked up. So i used my wife’s phone and he called me back on it and told me you can’t order from caplerugs.com. Means 3 months they keep giving me false information. And Mohammed said you decided to go with ****** so he can’t do anything. Means their employees fight for their own sales. 2) I was told 2 bunky boards are free with kids bedroom sets. Bunky board was so dirty that you can’t accept that . Upon complaining they said they will replace however it took more than 2 months to get this answer:we don’t stock Bunky boards so we will give you 120$ credit. You can order from Raymond and flanigan. 3) I canceled 1 recliner- i am still waiting for 1000$ refund. And they can’t provide me a receipt. I don’t know if credit is applied or not. 4) I can provide all the conversation photos and phone details with this store employee. Honestly spend your money wisely pay 100$ more but don’t go here. 1 starI am filing a formal complaint against US Furniture regarding a purchase and cancellation issue that occurred on April 23. At 7:30 pm, I purchased a bedroom set from their store. However, at 7:55 pm, just 25 minutes later, I attempted to cancel the order. Despite my timely cancellation request, US Furniture refused to cancel the order and proceeded with the delivery, scheduled for 9:00 am the next day. When I received a phone call about the delivery at 9:00 am, I informed the delivery person that I had already canceled the order. Nevertheless, the delivery was attempted. Subsequently, at 10:00 am, I contacted the store again to reiterate that the order was canceled. However, US Furniture insisted that the order couldn't be canceled because it was considered a special order and that special orders are final. I would like to highlight that I did not order a special order, as special orders typically cannot be delivered within such a short timeframe (12 hours). This lack of clarity and their refusal to accommodate my cancellation request is unacceptable. I refused to accept the delivery due to this ongoing issue. I request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that US Furniture adheres to fair business practices, provides clear information to customers regarding cancellation policies, and addresses customer concerns promptly and appropriately.Review fromBeatrice M

3 starsOn 1/13/24 i visit the newington store looking for a livingroom Set. I saw one i liked the Gentleman who approached us said they have financing so he proceed to take my Informationen i was approved for decent amount which would Cover the Total price of Set. He then asked if I could put 100 Dollar down payment which i did not understand why if i Was approved and amount would be covered by the approval amount. I proceeded with the down payment. He sent me me several messages thru text. He never informed me that the finance company charges an application fee of 52.12. I walked out of the store and after sitting in my car I decided this wasnt a good deal so went right back in and told the Manager I wanted to cancelled and did not want to proceed. He then proceeded to say there no refund I told him i dont even have the furniture and I want my down payment back and my application fee. The Manager stated to me come back monday and the store Manager will give you a refund. I proceeded to contact the fiance company to have them refund my apllication fee and they told they couldnt because the store advised i had the furniture in my possesion being a lie. So i got on the phone called the store with the agent of Koalafi on the line and told them i have sales person who helped me i told the sales person tell them its not true i have the merchandise its still in the store. I threatened them with calling NBC 30 on your side. I was then given my down payment refund howver as of today i have not gottent my application fee. I contacted them today and they are saying upto 10 days My first time there and my last. They are not upfront with all fees.Review fromCharles S

5 starsNot sure what the problem is with some people or how they could have had a bad experience, but I honestly can say I would give US Furniture 5 stars. Eli in ****** *** was our salesman and he helped us pick out a beautiful couch and loveseat. He did inform us a 1 to 3 week delivery time but the set showed up in one week. The delivery men were very professional and even took their shoes off. Again, Eli was just a very good salesman and professional. I will buy again and share my experience with my family and friends.Review fromRick W

1 starI also made the mistake of purchasing there. Like J*** ** I called to cancel in 24 hours and got just about the same response. I financed through their creditor and was forced to take the furniture (which I found later would not fit my space, why I cancelled) which sided with USF when I filed two disputes... because USF claimed it was a "special order" and "non-cancellable". Rep from USF claimed it was a special order because it came from a warehouse. Yup, that makes it special ok... as special as any other place you'd buy furniture. So by that logic anything that isn't a floor model is a "special order" and you will be locked into your purchase. Deceptive and dishonest.Review fromMilcado S

1 starI wanted a white living room set. He showed me a white living room set . We agreed on price and delivery. Then they send me a beige color to which I told the delivery persons to take it back because they sent me the wrong color. And when I ask them to take it back, and to get my money back, they refused. Very deceptive!
