    Meter reading is inaccurate. Lower-level functionary is dealt the terrible job of discussing with me that my gas is being turned off. I pay every month. Not the total, but I pay. Tomorrow, my water will be shut off.

    My gas was shut off due to an unseen notice. I was given an appointment of which I was to be free from 8am-11pm for them to call and show whenever they would and they NEVER showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. There is no heat in my house and I have a 8 month baby here and now have to go an extended length of time to get another appointment to get heat.

    Crummy Billing Practices. In three of my last 5 billing cycles, they have sent me emails saying that my payment is overdue, when I have in fact paid the bill. When I log into my account, the bill shows as paid in full, but they still send me late payment notices. It is aggravating, stress inducing an unprofessional. I have complained to the company twice now, with ZERO resolution. The late notices keep coming. But, I can't change companies - there's no one else out there. What a racket.

    This company doesn't care about their customers all they want is your money. I called on June 17th to make payment arrangements, I made a small payment on this date and explained to the representative that I would make the rest of the payment in full on July 1st. I just started working again coming back from maternity leave trying to catch up on all my bills, which I explained to him. The representative assured me that I was all set and didn't have to worry about being cut off. Well fast forward to today 6/27/2022 I woke up with my gas cut off. I called them and they transferred me to this one and that one, waiting on hold hours had gone by and nobody had an answer or solution and when asked to be restored they said they had no exact time frame I'm still waiting to get cut back on and its 7pm!! from early this morning, I explained the urgency with having a new born at home and me needing the stove to work properly along with needing hot water I also have other children, they didn't care, half of the representatives were nasty and very unprofessional each of them telling me different things about my account one of them told me I didn't even speak to someone on the 17th then when I called back the next person told me they saw it noted. It has been a long exhausting, frustrating day which they can care less about. Its a shame that my kids and I have to suffer today because of their representatives negligence of noting my account and making proper steps to keep my account protected from getting shut off. I'm still waiting for my services to be restored and to talk to a manager. I'm highly upset with this company. quick to take your money and shut off services but slow to restore especially under these circumstances.
