I wanted cameras and a security system for new home at the time in late 2020. During my search for a company, a person named Chris from this company contacted me saying he can get the job done. He came over and laid out his plan to install the *** cameras that I wanted, door and window sensors, motion sensors, and the security system. He said he had leftover *** from another job and would give me a discount to offload them. Originally I wanted 8 *** cameras but I figured 6 would be sufficient. The total for everything was $1,200. With that out of the way he promised I'd love the cameras and the work when he's done. I paid him a portion and he installed the sensors and security system, and right away the started charging me $50 for monitoring which is fine. Then I paid him another portion which brought the total paid to $900 and he came and set up the wiring for the cameras. The last time he came over, he brought another associate so they can put up the cameras but due to it being a little cold outside he started sniffling and left saying he's getting sick. Then he never came back. I have contacted him multiple times to no avail and even asked for my money back because he didn't do the most important thing which was install the cameras. He told me his boss will only refund me $200 and keep the $700 for his work which is ridiculous. I basically paid for an overpriced security system at this point. Also the three cameras that he left in my basement in boxes aren't even the *** ones we discussed, they are just regular camerad which I specifically said I didn't want. He is very unprofessional because if it was anyone else, I'm sure they wouldn't have this much of a hard time. I paid for a service and I'm being treated like I'm a bother when I had someone else lined up for the job and he convinced me he can get it done and still hasn't. It it now 3 years and he still hasn't given me my money back nor installed the equipment. They better rectify this quickly.
