    I took my car to Quality Auto Body in ****** ** in late April 2022 for repair after someone had backed into my brand new car. I paid them $2049.13 and they replaced my front bumper which they had to paint to match the color of my car. They warranted their work for the lifetime of my ownership of the car. Yesterday, I noticed the paint peeled in one section and has bubbled all along the side of the right front bumper. I called them this morning and was told that they are new owners of Quality Auto Body and bought the business over the summer and refused to look at my car unless I planned on paying for repair. I then spoke to a "manager" this afternoon who was incredibly rude and demeaning who explained that the warranty was not their problem since they are new owners. I dont believe that matters and they should honor the warranty provided. This peeling and bubbling of the paint is going to get worse if not taken care of. I have a brand new 2022 ***** ****** and paid alot of money to have this repair done. I have uploaded a copy of my receipt as well as a photo and appreciate anything you can do to assist.

    Although, I can understand her frustration the owners of this business have closed.  We are not associated with them or the prior business.  We simply are the new tenants in the location since July 2022.  Unfortunately, we can not guarantee someone else's work.
