      They have to sense of time and are rude. I was told my car would get picked up between 4:30pm-5pm instead i get a call at 11 as im getting up and ready to go run a time sensitive errand. Im scrambling now since they arrived 6 hours early and without word and with them knowing i had to leave they took off while i was inside getting the paperwork. I called them and the man gave me attitude talking about i have to wait either 20 minutes or tomorrow after going back and forth with and and constantly reminding him the time frame i was given was 4:30-5 not 11-12 and i can not wait until tomorrow. Guy was very rude.
