Refund and Exchange Policy

Growing Solutions, LLC will provide a 1-year warranty to any new plant installed at the time of contract agreement. The plants will be replaced at their original size at the time of contract, unless the client agrees to pay any incremental of cost for a larger plant. The warranty is valid if the client has purchased the plants through Growing Solutions, LLC and if the client has provided proper maintenance to the plants. A proper maintenance program would provide the plants an inch of water per week, fertilization that would provide the appropriate nutrients, inspection and treatment for any insect or diseases, and preventive measures from cultural damages that could be caused by dogs, deer, machines and environmental hazards.
