    I bought my house in 2018 and I had to purchase a title insurance policy. My neighbor cleared a bunch of my land and I had the property surveyed. After the line was surveyed the neighbor took me to court for adverse possession and he began making threats against me and my family. He destroyed my property and continued to destroy my land. He ruined my reputation in town and he continuously made vulgar gestures at me and my wife. Catic was responsible for hiring a lawyer and the lawyer they hired were absolutely terrible. I was basically extorted for 3 years and I was being harassed by this guys friends. At one point I was threatened that it would continue unless I dropped my defense of the adverse possession case. Now Catic has canceled the policy and I don't have a lawyer. They have an obligation and the lawyer had an obligation for my families well being. They were negligent.

    This is not in Litigation. This is a complaint against an insurance company for failure to honor their contract.  This was an insurance policy that was cancelled as the result of filing a claim.
