    Luxy Car Service promised a car after a wedding (1 am) that was in a remote location. The confirmation came via text message. While we were attending wedding weekend events, there was an email that someone called to cancel our ride. We did not cancel, and the information was not texted to us, so we didn't see the information. They could not send another car, and we had to arrange for alternate transport at 1 am. This was quite inconvenient, and so unprofessional that the confirmation came via text, but not the cancellation.

    The Luxy car service charged us 275 dollars for a 10 minute ride to ******** from the airport due to a flight delay. We have no control over the flight delays and we were first charged 25 dollars on top of the 150 dollar ride cost. Later in the week we got charged another 100 dollars due to wait time. I think 175 dollars more than paid for any inconvenience to a driver. I will never use a company that is so greedy and does not care about the customer.

    Driver didn’t wake up. We were traveling to airport from rural area were there is no Uber. Due to this 1.5 h delay we missed are flight and had to pay $1300 to rebook Do not use them

    I have used this car service twice so far and have two more trips booked. They have been fantastic both times. Prompt, professional and caring. A driver named Angel was our most recent driver and was sent to pick up a friend from Miami airport. He was so communicative with me every step of the way, letting me know when he had her in the airport as well as when she was safely at home. I highly recommend this service and have already recommended to friends.

    Shame on my for not doing my research on this company and shame on them for their poor service. FYI to all, they’re a booking site and contract drivers to perform the services, so if something happens to a driver’s car, you’re left in the dust. I booked through Luxy for an event that I knew would be impossible to get an **** through and wanted to ensure my sister and I get back to our destination safely in a place where we are not locals. This was booked back in November or December, we are now 4 days away from our event and I just got a message that they’re cancelling our ride and every other car service is booked at this point. When I asked for a better resolution, they blocked my number (they were communicating via text) and said they exhausted all their options. Now I’m left scrambling to find a ride which will be next to impossible. Clearly they have no backup plans or a system as I’ve seen other reviews mention cancellations multiple times. Do yourself a favor and never book with this company. Absolutely terrible.

    Plenty of better services available. They were late picking us up (arrival 10 minutes after we already had our bags; 30 minutes past pick-up time) and didn’t provide the additional services we paid for (which was also why we chose the company in the first place). Upon letting the company know, the only response we received was a partial refund which didn’t even cover the service we did not receive. We just decided to never use the company again instead of fighting them further. Now, we realize this is common practice for this company and a regular complaint. STAY AWAY!!
