At best this team is incompetent. At worst, they are liars, scammers, and lazy. We just had to completely redo the shower work that Andre M**** and his team did. When the shower was tiled, the floor was very uneven with hills and dips. We repeatedly tried to get Andre to fix it. He made a half assed attempt but continued to give us the runaround and made us feel we were being picky and unreasonable. It was discovered the dipping led to pooling of water. After only a year, we had water damage and rotting because of wicking, the saddle wasn't graded correctly so water poured onto the floor, he attached the liner with nails and screws so it was full of holes. The liner didn't cover the saddle. The wall insert was so slanted nothing could sit in it. The infinity drain was sunken and not sealed well. If pictures and proof are needed, I have it documented. His team would repeatedly no show or call in. There were many car accidents and problems with other projects. Our project took twice as long as estimated due to planning failure, lies, and taking on too many other projects. His painting team left paint splatters on wood floors and walls, trim isn't even. Our stair steps still have 30 or so exposed screws and nails. The electrician he suggested left baseboards torn up, reused old outlets, cut up a lamp cord to repurpose wiring when he ran out (we have wire, he did not ask). I deeply regret hiring and trusting this team. I am relieved that I didn't commit to further work. We briefly discussed future projects and Andre insisted that removing the tile in the kitchen and entry would be too difficult and the best solution would be to tile right on top of it. We have the expense to do it correctly, but Andre said the adhesive would be too hard to remove, and we should put new tile on top of cracking, broken tiles and missing grout. This is not correct. Do not trust Andre M****. All of this is only what we can see. It makes me sick wondering what we haven't found yet.
