Sarah was wonderful to deal with. I needed a mattress for a spare bedroom and she helped me choose something perfect for my needs. I received a phone call to arrange for delivery within 2 days of my purchase, and I had my mattress by the end of the week. Ann was our salesperson in your **** store and she was very helpful. She listened carefully to our needs and asked probing questions to guide us in selecting a mattress. Highly recommend. Tom Woolley, and later Joanne, were very helpful in our purchase experience. Mattress first delivered was the wrong one, mislabeled at the factory (not CT Mattress’ fault), and the error was acknowledged and fully corrected by Joanne. Price was as good or better than any competition. Best of all is their policy of 120 night trial with possible mattress swap if not satisfied, without penalty: no $120+ charge to exchange, as is common with other retailers. Recommend highly; would use again without hesitation.Review from John C

Kevin Kibbe at Connecticut Mattress in Southington Connecticut was awesome to deal with. Personal and very knowledgeable about his products, Kevin explained the value and comfort of a lot of different mattresses and frames available. He took great care of my wife and fitted her with the right mattress for her back issues. Most importantly Kevin saved us over 5 thousand dollars compared to another furniture company we had gotten a quote from. Connecticut Mattress earned my respect and got a faithful customer! I would like to thank everyone at Connecticut mattress for an excellent experience specifically Fara she went above and beyond and acted very quickly to assist me with a warranty issue of an old mattress and helped me replace with a new mattress of my choosing. She provided excellent customer service and very happy to continue working with them in the future.
