    * BUYER BEWARE* I emailed Scott from Family Flooring for a quote on hardwood floors and he promptly responded asking me to call the office to schedule an appointment so I did and spoke to a woman named Brittney who said she would check with Scott about his schedule and would get back to me. Later that evening she called and said Scott could meet me in the morning between 830/9am. The next day I had heard nothing when the time came and went so I called the office and it rang and rang! A little after 930 a woman showed up, took a couple of pictures of the rooms and used her phone to take some measurements and left. I never received any paperwork or rough estimate. I was stunned that she didn’t have a tape measure or even attempted to measure the large walk in closets which I would assume would need to be added to an estimate. Around mid morning I decided to email Scott to find out why he didn’t show and who this person was he sent instead that only took pictures. I was a little upset and put off so I’m sure my email was a little nasty because I was angry. His response was he had tried to get ahold of me to reschedule but couldn’t! Which is a total lie!! I never received any calls from anyone! He said she lived in the area and thought she could handle it for him.. I asked why and said I didn’t mind if we needed to reschedule but I had made the appointment with him not an office employee who shows up with a phone an hour late. His email continued to say he could match my existing hardwood perfectly, which was one of my many questions.. but he would no longer be interested in taking on the job! No apology for not showing up or I’m sorry for any miscommunication! Nothing!! This is clearly how this business treats new customers! I am so glad I decided to go with another company in the area that has better business ethics and much better customer service skills I am shocked how people like this stay in business! Please do your research before hiring companies like this!
