Always helpful customer service. My ffl dealer moved recently and I hadn’t updated the address on the order (my mistake ) And I emailed them to update. Followed up with a call and they had already taken care of it. Amazing customer service

1 starOrdered ammo, realized 1 hour later I had picked wrong ammo for my pistol. Customer service told me I could not cancel or replace since ammo had "already been shipped", which was a lie. UPS did not pick up til the next day! Then got told when I received ammo send it back but would get charged a 10% restocking fee. Received ammo, called Target to send ammo back, this time got told all sales are final. This is a very deceptive business that lies to its customers. 1 starHorrible customer service!!! Placed an order on a Sunday, didn't receive a shipment notification until Thursday and when I did , they cancelled one of the items that was listed at 99+ in stock when the order was placed. Not only that , they didn't reduce the shipping cost at all. When you buy ammo online you have to factor in shipping costs with the product cost to ensure you get a good deal. This completely screwed me over. Called customer service, where the operator was definitely outsourced to another country. All they did was tell me they will charge me a restocking fee to cancel the order. How about this, give proper notification so the customer glcan decide what to do, ship it when it becomes avaeilable, or offer a different item as an alternative. Seriously!!!! , this company is garbage, order from somewhere else!Review fromMatt J

5 starsTSUSA is an excellent vendor. Great prices as compared to brick and mortar stores, great selection (market dependent, of course), and super fast shipping. I’ve received orders less than 24 hours from the time I place my order (I live in a bordering state). Free shipping on case quantities, and free shipping on all quantities with an annual membership fee. Excellent retailer, I would and do recommend to everyone.Review fromJoseph S

1 starI ordered a lot of ammunition from Target Sports. They can pull up my orders and see for themselves. I didn't pay the membership fee and join. Simply because no matter what I requested, no matter what blocks I checked for the extra box protection, no matter what I paid extra, no matter what notes I included, my orders always arrived with very, very little protection. IE one thin box that often was broken open. The savings from TS means nothing when the products are damaged. In fact I have hundreds of 45 rounds that are SO DAMAGED they won't cycle and fire. Lastly, when I purchased bulk shipments I read that my shipping was free due to the large quantity, but I was charged for shipping regardless of the unfulfilled offer. Again, I can run up to ******* ******* get the same price, or very very close, and not have damaged products. TS BULK shipping is supposed to save money, but the delivery drivers kick it off the truck and often destroy the ammunition. When the bulk ammo gets too heavy it gets destroyed. Which brings me back to the first point, I was never able to get my orders double boxed, but TS was willing to charge me for the double boxing, but TS didn't double box any of my orders. Ultimately good company but have long since given up on TS due to consistently damaged ammunition. I am reminded of the damaged ammunition as I recently attempted to fire crushed 45 rounds. 1 starThe ammo+ membership is a scam. They do not notify when they auto renew or make an option to remove auto renew.
