As a first-time homebuyer, I was understandably nervous, but Bruce made the whole process so much easier. He took the time to explain everything in detail, from the small things to the more complex issues, and answered all of my questions patiently. His knowledge was top-notch, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his clients’ understanding and peace of mind. We are a young couple and this was our first time purchasing something of our own. The home buying process can be stressful, but Bruce was able to take some of that stress away during the inspection. He was very thorough, and explained everything clearly throughout the entire inspection. We appreciate his mindfulness, his opinions, and his flexability. It was very clear that he has a lot of experience and is great at what he does! We will definitely be using him again in the future!

I had my first ever home inspection with Bruce, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was extremely prompt in getting back to me to set up the appointment, and was able to work within my tight time frame. He's very knowledgeable about antique homes, which was a big get as our house was built in 1670 and had a lot of quirks. As this was my first home inspection, I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I knew I was in good hands when my realtor (who's been in the business over 20 years and has seen her fair share of inspections) leaned over to me halfway through and whispered "this guy is GOOD"! The report I got was thorough and touched on all of the things he had mentioned during the walkthrough, and he even got the radon test back to me a day earlier than expected. Customer service is my number one priority, and educating my clients as we go through the inspection process is a big part of that customer service promise. I write a narrative style report and include pertinent photos instead of using a software program which many home inspectors do. I feel a narrative style report gives you a clear, concise picture of what's going on with your home and explains in great detail our findings.
