    I hired Todd and his team to replace a hot water heater in my condo in May of 2024 and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I paid $7,400 for the installation and acquisition of parts for the removal of the existing ******* water heater and the installation of a new ****** ***** natural gas unit. In addition to delays finding the right parts. His team left out key pieces in the installation. After hiring another plumbing company to come out to fix the problem, they compiled the following list of items that were missed: No acid neutralizer No air separator No expansion tank No back flow preventer on boiler filler Boiler not supported properly, wood on bracket off the wall No proper pipe support for heating and domestic water I was Informed that unit cannot run for safety reasons and had to hire another company to reinstall the unit. After bringing this to Todd’s attention, he agreed to reimburse me for the installation of the unit, which was $2,000. It’s now been several months since I’ve heard back and I couldn’t be more disappointed in his company’s service.

    Bathroom remodel, after changing a shower faucet and sink faucet and unclogging a toilet for $285.00 which was paid separately from the next $2000.00 paid, after receipt of the $2000.00 flanagan then failed to perform the remainder of the work, also failed to deliver goods quoted and charged for. There were numerous attempts made by me to rectify the situation. Following unreasonable delay, we were scheduled to meet togther 9/26/24- flanagan arrived late and with a different vanity than promised.
