      4/06/24 I bought tickets on ****** ****** that said I was gonna receive commerative chairs with the purchase of my floor seats when I arrive to ************ in ****** I got to my seats they were regular chairs we talked to will call and they said they were mailing the chairs. I never received anything about chairs being mailed it’s been 2 months this was my first *********** and I paid a lot of money for the experience of having a cool chair and i was lied to and never got the 2 chairs

      Pays $500+ for a show that came with commemorative souvenir tickets and not only did they never arrive, but customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, and when you do reach someone the phone conveniently disconnects.

      Ordered an item from wwe euroshop for my daughter as a birthday present. The images on the item is a different model to the ones they are sending out. This has been a major issue for a lot of people, however they refuse to fix it. They refuse to send the correct item without making me pay for shipping back.

      I ordered a replica title belt from WWEshop, my order # is ************* and they sent me the wrong one. There was a version 1 which was the old model and the version 2 that is the new model. The all-gold version 2, new one was imaged in the sale online, but I received the old one. I contacted wweshop and I asked them to exchange it for free or give me a coupon that equated the amount I spent of the correct item. I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to the ******** division of wweshop and they couldn't compensate the difference to me or exchange it. When I pressed them, they kept trying to use the percentage amount off from the ******** store, which was lower, to correct the issue for a coupon when I would have had to use it in the ******** online store which had a higher price, so I needed a higher percentage to make it right. They refused to do this. They offered only 20% but it needed to be 37% to get the right item from the online US store to correct it. This would be also after I pay shipping back to ******. A ton of people online are also having these issues with the same item and many of the others were exchanged. I wasn't. After going back and forth through multiple people and a ton of drama they said they would have to have someone call me. I told them at this point I think I deserve 50% off and exchange and free shipping to do it because I've given them thousands of dollars when I'm someone who battled cancer, Crohn's disease, liver disease and I've given them tons of money to attend their WWE events and buy their products. My bank also charged a fee to buy an international item and they will charge me a refund fee as well. I want the correct item and not be charged for shipping an exchange and discounted further for what I went through.

      Now the WWEshop back office contacted me and they only offering free shipping return and not a price correction or coupon equivalent of the difference like they said the we're going to work on before. Many other people online are also posting that they're getting this same email. I think WWEshop an error and are no longer compensating because of the volume of people who bought this item and got the wrong one. The day before this people reported they were being offered exchanges but as of yesterday and today everyone is saying they are no longer being offered that. WWE shop is also said in their response that they're fixing the wrong image hat was in the ad on their site. We all looked and it's still the same

      We confirmed with the buyers that the incorrect image was displayed online.
      As of 10/2, the item has been pulled from the site pending an updated image.
      Fan contacted CS 4 times between 9/26 – 9/28 and spoke with multiple supervisors.
      Per policy, tickets were created for the issue to be escalated to the appropriate department.
      Fan was contacted because of those tickets and was advised that the item received (the older version) was the correct item per the description and that it would need to be returned for a refund.

      Resolution: 
      10/2: We contacted the Fan via phone.  We apologized for the experience.  
      The Fan confirmed that he received the return label and dropped the package off to a **** last week.  We have confirmed the return package is in route to **********, where the original package shipped from.  A new order has been placed for the V2 at no additional cost, essentially this would be an even exchange.
      The Fan was happy with this resolution and only apologized for his language on a few contacts with CS, as he was just very upset with the situation.

      Hello, I bought 2 Day tickets to ************ this year. Section C134, Row 13, Seats 23-25. I spent over $1200 for these tickets. Night 1 was great and we had a great time. Night 2 there were other people in our seats that refused to leave. We contacted the ushers and they refused to even help. We showed them our ticket stub and they pretty much ignored us. We tried to go to Customer Support within the stadium but were unable to locate it. We ended up finding some empty seats in the 400 Level but that was ridiculous. We did not pay for 400 level seats, we paid for C134. I tried contacting ************ this morning and they could not care less. They said since I was able to get into the venue that was all they cared about. I've been waiting for this experience all year and to have Night 2 ruined for me left a sour experience for me and my family. I don't know what can be done, but I am still heartbroken over this whole ordeal. Please help. I've contacted WWE at [email protected] and they told me to send a copy of my order confirmation but I've been ignored ever since. I've sent multiple follow ups and no one has responded.       Today, all my attempts to order my son's birthday gift through the WWE Shop failed. I tried two different credit cards both of which had more than enough funds and it said "declined." I have never had issues in the past with ordering through their website. What makes this especially egregious is that I have exhausted myself over the last several months trying to get a reply from WWE about a previous complaint regarding extreme difficulties I went through when I purchased tickets for my son and I to WWE ********* in ******** in August, WWE house show in ****** in August, WWE ********* in ******** in February, WWE *********** ******r in ******** in February, and WWE RAW in ****** in February. I have been continually ignored time and time again despite sending e-mails and a regular mail letter. WWE clearly has a NO CUSTOMER SERVICE policy towards all its fans including die hard loyal fans who have spend tens of thousands of dollars supporting them over the last 35 years, like myself. It is so insulting. It is offensive.

      *** *** January 23, 2023 I paid $803 and was supposed to get 3 Event Commerative Chairs. I wrote 12 Emails and called and left a message and got no response almost 2 months later. I purchased floor seats in Floor Section 3 Seats 6,7 and 8 and when I checked ***** ***** Center Site for seats it said they were supposed to be come with Commerative Seats. When we got there they were not and when we talked to worker there with WWE he told us they were but they changed it the day before the event because they didnt sell out. I got my tickets on January 14, 2023. We didn't have the money but we put it on a credit so we go see this once in life time experience. Me and my son are huge fans of WWE and the last 2 years our Christmas tree was WWE. When I had to tell my son that we weren't getting the seats he was upset and we were told to talk to someone at guest services and they will help us. When we did they told us there was nothing they can do about it and I was out of luck. I am a Marine Veteran and suffer from PTSD, TBI and depression so to hear that was out of luck made my depression alot worse and feel like I failed my son. I bought myself and my son a shirt at the show and we had beer dumped on us. After the show we tried to find someone with WWE to talk to and the answers we got from the workers there that there is Noone to talk to and we even got someone who laughed and said yeah good luck with that. It's been almost 2 months and my son still asked if I figured out the chairs and I have tell him no. It really does make me feel I lole a failed him.

      I purchased a hooded sweatshirt with a discount of $16.50, however, they charged $16.98 for shipping. I requested a refund, but they charge you $9.99 to process the refund, which makes the amount of refund $20 less than spent. The amount spent is $58.94, but they are refunding $30.98. This should not be legal.

      WWEshop.com Order Number: ************* $54.37 (2 items) Order Date: 2/18/2023 I’ve been trying to order items from the Wwe shop website and every time after I placed my order I get an email saying that they have processed my request cancellation which I’ve never requested to cancel for anything. I call the customer service number and they told me that they were missing some information from my method of pay and they gave my a fraud number to call so I called them and this lady Kamie or something who didn’t want to give me her last number told me that my address was blocked because some person with a weird name ordered to my address before and he’s the one who needs to call in order for them to unlock the address. This person she’s talking about doesn’t live in my address, I don’t even know who that person is and I found it ridiculous that I the owner of the address can’t unlock it so I can do orders. I asked to talk with a manager and she told me that they were none available. How is it possible that I who have lived in my address for 6 years can unlock my address from them? Where she expects me to get that fake person who used my address to call her and tell her to unlock my address? I should be able to buy what I want and get it delivered to my address.

      The Fan had tried to place several orders dating back to 01/09/23 and each of the orders were flagged by the system and canceled for verification purposes. Each time the order was canceled by the system, the Fan was sent an email to call our order verification team to verify his information so that we could clear his account and address. The Fan called in on 01/24/23 and was told the account was clear and that he was cleared to place orders with us, however, it was still blocked and that is why the subsequent orders were blocked as well. I reached out to our order verification team this morning and they have assured me that his account is no longer blocked and that his address is no longer blocked as well. He is able to place another order with us if he chooses to. 

      I tried to call fan but it went straight to voicemail so I left a voicemail. I sent a follow-up email letting him know that the account is no longer blocked and is able to continue to place orders with us. I emailed a 50% coupon that is valid until 08/21/23, I also asked for a reply to my email with the new order number and I would be more than happy to upgrade the shipping method to the next business day and waive the shipping fee. 

      Sorry for the inconvenience, but this should resolve the complaint.

      For WWE shop order #*************. We had to return the ******** *** replica belt because of defects it had and WWE shop (by ********) put the refund of $298.90 on a gift card for some unknown reason. We have gone through the call center three times to have it switched back over to our Paypal, how we paid for it, but they keep literally NOT processing it. It has been almost a month and we want our money. I cannot keep calling them to attempt to have this fixed when they literally wont do it. They cant just take our $298.90 for themselves on a gift card and keep it.
