            First County Bank is a community bank where the staff knows your name. I sort out a small bank where I would receive quality professional service. I have been banking with First County Bank for many years. There are several areas of customer service that need to be reviewed. I had a banking problem that I noticed on March 18, 2023. I immediately contacted the bank. After several days of back and forth I came to find out that the branch manager was the only one that could help me with my issue. Please note this was a very small issue in my opinion. The branch manager was was not in the bank and was not expected for several more days. 1- There needs to be a supervisor in place when the branch manger is away. A customer should not have to wait over a week to speak to a bank rep about their account 2-There needs to be a main customer service number. The current number seems to only redirect you back to your home bank, which is not helpful if the branch manger is not present.
