On November 27, 2021, I purchased online a lovesac insert that was not delivered by fed ex due to damage. I contacted the company via email on this date and have made numerous calls to rectify the problem. I received a programmed message for my email complaint that stated they would respond in 5 to 7 days, it’s now been 18 days and I’ve not received a response. I’ve called numerous times and they don’t return calls.Initial Complaint

Two years ago I purchased a sactional couch from the store at ****** **** mall in *** **** and paid just over $5000 for a custom couch in January 2019. They told me they would keep my purchase record in their system in case I later wanted to upgrade/add on. Now I want to add on and they say they have no record of any prior order from me. All they could find was a quote. I’m making payments thru their Lovesac credit card too. So I guess also if I ever need to file a warranty claim I may not be able to without any record of my purchase in their system.Initial Complaint

Back or on around July 2020 I visited the lovesac store in ******** ******. I was interested in the product and pricing. The employee put together a quote and asked for my email address to send it to me. From that day on I have received junk emails every single day. Around November when I was in the ******** once again, I stopped by the store and told the employee of my desire for them to quit emailing me junk emails. It’s as if they increased the amount of emails I was getting. Up to two a day every single day. On around July 1, 2021 I stop by the store in ********* and explained my same situation. Employee said she would get with her district supervisor and have me removed. I am still receiving junk emails from lovesac every single day. I will never buy a product from them nor will I endorse them. I do not recommend giving them your email address. My resolve is I would like a apology and to be removed from their mailing list.
