    I first contacted Fairfield Overhead Door at the beginning of September to get an estimate on replacing two garage doors including the two motors and two remotes. Steve Abbott came out and we agreed on a price and I asked him to go forward with the work. I gave him a deposit of 2716.00 by check on the first week of Sept. The doors had to be ordered so he came out about 5 weeks later and installed them but did not install the motors because he said they did not get delivered yet. I ******* him $1000. on Sept 13 after the doors were installed. I’m still waiting for the motors since September. September 14 we met and I wrote him one check for $1218: and one check for $615. This is the last I heard from him until around early Dec when he finally answered my call and said he had a health issue that was delaying him. I have repeatedly tried to call and text him since December and have not heard back. I would appreciate your help with this matter since my next recourse would be to take him to small claims court.
