My elderly parents, who live in **, have been charged $24.95 a month from this company since March 2023. I've tried calling their ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### numbers so I can cancel it but it is an automated loop with no way to talk to a live person or figure out the "invoice #" required. I disputed the November's charge on my mom's credit card. I tried to research the company to determine what they sell and I can find no information on them. I don't even know if they are a real company.Business response

We have reached out to the customer's daughter by email, who filed the complaint, and she asked to speak with us. We are awaiting that call so we can identify the customer (we cannot ID the customer because no info was supplied with the complaint.
We will then retrieve the recording of the call to share with the customer and/or family.
