End of December 2021 I signed up for a real estate course with Chris F*****, located in ********* ** he delayed his course for about 2 weeks after I signed up. I deeply regret going this route with this instructor due to his lack of interest for his students to learn and be able to pass his course. He goes through his class, lecture style and when students have a question about a RE situation his reply is "we'll go over it in class" then never mentions what the answer actually is. Or "theres no specific answer for that" which I understand with RE, but you should still explain in your best ability for all to at least understand the concept. I've had a very rough year dealing with death and some health issue leading me to be unable to complete the exam within a more reasonable timeframe. When I thought I was ready to take the exam, I emailed him, he went onto tell me that I missed a class, which I had sent him an email saying I was running late from work before that class started. He marked me as absent even after I told him I was in class, I retook that class, I found screenshots on my laptop of the class he claimed I "missed". I finally took the exam with him on Nov 2, in which I didn't pass. He sent out an email with my grade at 9:54pm, with no guidance on what I should work on. I replied back to him at 10:16pm asking if I could come back that following Monday to retest. No response. Ive called the number on his website numerous times, no answer. I sent him an email Jan 23(Monday), no answer. The issue with this is I'm not the only one that has felt that he neglects his students. I've met with 2 other students from my class for study groups and they agree that he picks favourites in his class. We believe his reviews are fake or paid for because, all he wants to do is collect his money and then doesn't care about you from there on and its very discouraging. Please let me know what I should do. Thank you

School registrations are valid for 1 year as Student was notified when they registered for class in December of 2021, the typical student competes the class in 8 weeks. This Student attended their first class on January 17 of 2022. attended and completed the 16 classes by March of 2022 right on schedule with the 8 week. The student then elected not to schedule a school test until November of 2022,( 8 months ) after completion of the 16 classes. Request to schedule exam was sent on October 27 and was scheduled ant took the test on November 2nd. The Student did not pass the exam and were told to reschedule to take the test Student waited another 3 months to reschedule. The school in December is no longer offering tests during the class times as the class in only on line and the School is offering Testing on Scheduled Saturdays as demand requires. Students' school registration ended in December, and because the student had already taken the test (didn't pass) and never requested to reschedule the test again until another 3 months. The Student was offered that they would be notified of the next Saturday schedule date and if they would like to participate would and retest, I can notify you of the next Saturday testing date to take the test at that time. If Student should fail to pass the test on this second scheduled date Students' Registration will be expired and would need to register and attend the Course again to be able to schedule a final exam. Student Complaint listed personal issues that were never communicated to me, and don't really come into play with the complaint as the student attended the required classes Scheduled a test, did not pass, and did not reschedule. Students comments about teaching style is irrelevant. Students comments about the fees are inaccurate, the course fee is $495 which includes the books which as the student indicated they are entitled to keep as they were the students to keep from day 1. Student has been offered a retest as stated above, there are no other instructors affiliated with the school. The school offers the pre licensing requirements as directed by the real estate commission of Connecticut. Student was asked to confirm if they wanted to be included on the next Saturday testing schedule.
