- If any item inyour order does not exceed your expectations, send it back free of chargewithin 45 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, or exchangefor a different size, color, or style. All returned items must be in theiroriginal, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to be eligible for arefund or exchange. Rhone’s return and exchange policy does not cover ordinarywear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
After we’veprocessed your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation to let you knowthat your refund, new item, or store credit is on its way. If your return isfor store credit or a new item, it will be available as soon as your return isreceived and processed (typically 1-2 business days after delivery to ourwarehouse). If your return is for a cash refund, please allow additionalprocessing time of up to 10 days after we receive your return for your bank topost your refund.
All items soldin the Surplus collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchangesand in-store credit will be allowed (no refunds).
