The reason is because my *** ***'s screen is broken, I chose this repair store to repair, at first the store and I claim that their parts are all from the official *****. But when they fixed the screen raw, I took it home and found that the brightness of this screen was very dim, the screen didn't bend as much as before, and there were multiple light leaks and a black spot in the upper left corner. When I went back to the store and asked the clerk about it, they pretended they couldn't see these flaws. My girlfriend and I were both shocked at the time because it was a very obvious flaw. I think they have violated my interests, so my claim is for the store to compensate me for the repair and replace my screen with the original ***** screen. I think they are committing fraud so I asked them to remove the claim about original ***** parts from their official website. I am willing to cooperate with all the authorities and in the meantime I will take the initiative to go to the ***** store to check if my screen is from official *****.

    ***** ******* **** ************************ ***** ********* ******** ** **** **** ** *** **** ***************** ******** **** ****** ** *********   **** *******

I want to add additional details. The repair person tried to use his hand to click on the computer's settings while checking my screen. As far as I know, the ***** *** *** series does not come out with a touch screen. A qualified phone repairer should know this better than I do.

Second, the merchant said on 11/28 that the new screen would arrive in 3-4 days and that they would notify me. But I waited for a week without any message and reached out to the merchant around 12/6.

Third, when he showed me the new screen, there was a ******* reminder clearly posted on it "Please note fragile". I am a *******, I know what that means. But this is in the US, and the official ***** parts they claim are in ******* should not be written in *******. So I suspect this is a cheap part from ***** (this is my personal guess, just for reference).

Fourth, by comparing my previous original screen with the same model of computer, I found that the screen provided by the merchant is completely different from the original (the brightness of the screen, the thickness of the screen, and the material of the case). But the merchant insisted that it was an official part from *****, when I asked him for evidence. He said he couldn't provide it because he ordered it through his company.

Fifth, when I explained the problem with the screen, he explained that he "couldn't understand what I was saying", "didn't see it" and "every model is different". For these explanations, I think it is very rude.

Finally, due to my trust in the merchant and the lack of comparison with the same product, I did not find the problem in time after the repair. But the merchant completely ignored the problems with the screen and acted very unprofessionally in a way that I could not forgive. So my first request is for a full refund (including all costs such as labor) and since this repair has seriously affected my schooling and time, I would like the merchant to provide professional technology and official parts from ***** to repair my computer (if not, I would like the merchant to pay for the cost of my trip to an ***** store).

    best regards
