    In April of 2022, I received an offer in the mail to have my driveway cracks filled and the driveway sealed at last year's rates if I paid up front. I called the Jet Black office in *********** to confirm the rate and to confirm that they could get the job done before a major event at my home in June. The man I spoke with said that it wouldn't be a problem and that I should mail a check to them. I did so the following day, sending check number **** for $447.47 to the address he provided which matched the address on the website. I noted that the check was cashed on April 20. By the first week of June, I hadn't heard anything from him so I called again and left a voicemail. I didn't receive a call back so I called again every few days for about a week. Eventually, their voicemailbox was full so I could no longer leave a message. I emailed them at the address indicated on their website on Wednesday, June 8 but never received a reply. A few days later on June 13, I submitted a form through the Jet Black main website to explain the situation and my extreme disappointment, and to ask that I be contacted immediately. I received an automated email confirming that the form I submitted had been received but I never received a reply. I would either like a refund or to have the driveway fixed as promised, though it's too late to have it done before our big event. Unfortunately, I have no further means of contacting anyone at this business. I have included screenshots of the emails that were sent and confirmation that the check was cashed.

    We received a flyer from Jet-Black of ********, in April of 2022, offering us the opportunity to have our driveway sealed for the same price that we had had it done for, several years earlier. We agreed and remitted the cost of $327.35 to them. The check was cashed on 4/27/2022. Their flier says, "Your payment is secure and guarantees completion of the listed services by your local Jet-Black professional, on a date of your choice. We have not heard from Jet-Black, nor have we been able to contact them. I have left 6-10 messages with their company and received no response. I would like to have the service performed in a timely manner or preferably, a refund, as I can find no way to trust this company.
