Avoid this place at all costs!! They continued charging my credit card for months after I cancelled. The management doesn't represent competency. The wash pass prices have constantly been increased to close to $40 a month for a car wash pass (the same prices around Boston) but the service does not represent a similar quality. The membership system never works forcing me to wait 5-10 minutes every visit for someone to come out and punch in my number manually. The wash also closes on random days and often early. Last but certainly not least, is the employees whacking my car with the brush handle when I pull in. Every single time I pull in to get washed, I hear them thwacking my car with the wooden handle of their cheap brushes. Hardly a $40 service. Currently seeking alternatives for my vehicles. Update: tried to cancel my pass and it was a 30 minute argument with the assistant manager. If they believed their service was good they would have refunded me no problem. Update: this business is a scam. After going through a completely unprofessional experience to cancel, this business continued to charge my credit card monthly after I had cancelled. After they refused to stop the charges, I was forced to contact my credit card company to stop the charges.

This car wash is horrible!! Not only was the service terrible but I was charged for a whole year (12 months) after canceling my unlimited membership. The manager credited me only half of my money stating, “that’s all the computer will let me do”. The staff was rude, and made myself and my wife feel uncomfortable more than a few times, all of which were reported with no change. I asked to speak to anyone higher up and was told, “there is no one else to talk to”. This place is awful! Beware and make sure if you cancel, check you bank account because they will continue to charge you. Btw, I cancelled online and in person and this still happened to me. Don’t let it happen to you.

Very upset as I was entering car wash and the employee who was supposed to be pre washing my truck was inside TEXTING ON HIS PHONE telling me to pull up from inside the building...I'm supposed to be paying 47.00 a month for him to be on his phone? Management decided to yell at me and told me to cancel my membership, which I did...to me that's poor Management and everyone will know about this!! I will never come back to a poor business as this is happening

I just noticed on my credit cape I was charged twice a month for six months and called waterbury December 6 2022 and spoke to a nice gentleman that said he would give me a credit for the 6 months but we still kept the charge for my husband 2020 Dodge Ram. I got a credit for car wash for $10.83 on November 26,2022. I called today and the man that answer did not want to listen to my problem at all kept saying I canceled he can’t do anything and that I agree to the charge. Asked to talk to his boss can’t get in touch with him and it was not his problem. Only looking to get back what I was and did not need. Would like everyone one to know very unprofessional. Just got me so upset.

on 12/4/22 i got my oil changed at platinum car wash and oil in ********** ** . they drained the transmission fluid and add 4.5 quarts of oil to the crank case that means NO transmission fluid in car and 9 guarts of engine oil in it. the tech back the car out of the garage i paid him and tried to drive away. went 20 feet and knew something was wrong . went back to the tech and he found out the mistake that was made. they had to drain the engine oil out re fill the transmission with fluid. that took 3 hours. i ask the on site manager if they would warranty by transmission in writing he called the regional manager and he told me regional manager doesn't work on sunday but will call me monday the 5th. i am still waiting today is the 11th the problem is they don't stand behind there work i ask for no money or free service at there business. a number of mistakes were made 1 transmission fluid was drained 2didn't check oil level before moving car 3 back car out of garage he didn't feel the car was right 4 did top off antifreeze when i went back the next day to have them top off the transmission fluid [i check it and found it was low] the tech told me they firer two techs because two engines blew up. good luck if you do business there

My wife went in for an oil change on her 2019 Subaru. The technician failed to remove the old gasket on the oil filter and installed a new filter and gasket over the old gasket. As result, the new oil leaked out and the engine seized. The company has indicated to us they have no intention of attempting to make things right. We are now on the hook for a $15000 to $20,000.00 repair. We are in out late 60's and feel we are being victimized by this company.

****** You are intentionally leaving out that you had someone remove some oil after you self-diagnosed that we overfilled the oil. We asked you to return to our shop so we could evaluate your self-diagnosis, you chose not to and then had a friend remove the oil. You now claim to have engine trouble because you did not have enough oil. We have high res cameras that show the oil was changed correctly and there were no leaks as it left the oil change bay, drove around our property, in the detail bay, or anywhere on our property. We can not be held liable for an engine malfunction due to low oil after you tampered with your engine after our service.
