Has been constantly, constantly, constantly contacting our school non-stop via calls. Company is trying to sell us a plaque of an article showcasing our teams win in a tournament. We have told him already, thank you we are not interested but that doesn't stop the calls. We have stopped answering his calls when he didn't get the message that we weren't interested. Now he will just leave long voice mails of him breathing heavily into the phone for 2 minutes before hanging up. Then the process repeats with at least 5 calls daily and breath breathing messages left on our school's voicemail. This is a school, not a public business and this has to stop. When you are told we aren't interested, that should be enough of a response to get the hint that we don't want to buy your piece of wood with an article laminated on it for hundreds of dollars. The event is already over a month passed and yet he still is calling non stop to try to sell this. Please tell this very annoying and persistent salesman to stop contacting our school. We are not interested and will NEVER be interested in purchasing this. If this continues, we are going to get the proper authorities involved as we know very well where the company is located and have more than enough of a paper trail to show the amount of times he has contacted us and left heavy breathing messages for us when our phones are used for parents and students to get important messages to us. Not to sell us something we have no intention of ever buying no matter how many times he calls to breathe into our voicemail system. Please stop calling. No means no. We are not interested.Business Response

Our local newspaper interviewed me in 2024 and since then this company has reached out on multiple occasions to try and sell me the news article plaque mounted. I've asked the sales rep to stop soliciting me, when it continued I re-sent my request and quoted the affirmation of receipt of my request from the sales rep who again assured me that I would no longer be contacted. I've gone through and used the unsubscribe feature in the sales email and I am still getting emails on the same promotional piece. This echoes similar complaints I can see lodged against this company and it's not acceptable that they're entrusted with personal contact information as a third party and have no respect for boundaries, or understanding that I didn't give them or the media outlet permission to share my personal contact information - least of all for this type of sales work.Business Response

This company is constantly calling us. I have told them time and time again to remove our phone number and stop calling us. This has caused a constant disruption to my day. One day, we received about eight calls from them in a row. I finally told her we are filing a complaint with the BBB because she will not remove our phone number. No one should have to put up with this. remove our phone number...period.Business Response

That's Great News--specifically salesperson Kelly N****--have been harassing my clients for years despite several attempts to get them to stop. They have relentlessly harassed my clients, caused damage to these relationships and use our work and intellectual property, which they have no right or permission to do. And, no, it doesn't fall under "fair use" or "first sale" doctrines. We also sell framed copies of our work to clients using local, ******** vendors. Our clients have assumed that we are affiliated with this ruthless company, and while speaking to a representative from this company some years ago, they confirmed that they were affiliated with my publishing company, which they are not). These underhanded tactics have undoubtedly done damage to my business's reputation. It has to stop. I even went to the extent of no longer publishing my magazine on *****--an online publication platform, which helped for a while. Unfortunately, the harassment has started again. Our company bought another company, ******** **** *******. This company has called our business multiple times a day for over a month now. Each time, we were able to either screen the call or answer and tell the operator that the company they are calling no longer exists and to stop calling us. They continue to call and have removed their caller ID from phone calls so we are no longer able to screen the calls. We request to be permanently removed from this company's database and do not wish to receive any more calls from this company.Business Response

I have never heard of or contacted this company in my life and they are now bombarding with emails trying to sell me a $2-300 plaque. They are also calling me repeatedly throughout the week. I have told them on multiple occasions that I am not interested and they will not leave me alone. At this point, it is not advertisement, it's harassment.Business Response

I work for a ***** ***** ******. I received an award at a banquet a couple of weeks ago. I have received numerous phone calls from "That's Great News" from different phone numbers. They have also called my boss several times throughout the day. This started at the beginning of this week. They are also calling communications which is a line for emergencies. We have all told them several times to stop calling and within an hour they are calling again. I realize they are trying to sell some sort of framed picture of me receiving my award. I'm assuming they gather this information from local newspapers. They will not take "NO" for an answer. I consider this harassment, and I want it to stop. Thank you.Business Response

We work at a small research department in a library at the University. These people continually call us three or four times a day asking for someone who doesn't work here. We have told them numerous times that the person they are looking for is not an employee here but they won't take no for an answer. They need to stop calling and harassing our student workers and remove our number from their calling lists.Business Response
