My vehicle had to be towed this weekend due to the irresponsibility of my fiance. The time of the incident was 12:30AM, I had to wake my neighbor up and have them give me a ride to the scene of the incident for me to request that my car be towed to my home. I told 2 police officers where I wanted my car towed so I did not have to stay at the scene with my 2 children, they took the infor & even my obliterated fiance confirmed that the car would come to my house. When the tow came the car to their tow yard (error on the PDs behalf) the next day was Sunday so they were closed, I called the tow yard this morning and explained the situation. The owner of the establishment (Ray I assume) was so un-empathetic to my situation (not looking for pity but not being rude in non-compassionate would help in a situation where feelings are already sky high) that he mocked me multiple times over the fact that I was "upset over $26", turned my life into a joke and told me "I want in writing that you won't let that man drive your car drunk again". He later stated that the "state minimum" for a tow is $125 but his website says $105 (false advertisement) and told me to "do my homework" (which if you ask me, I did because I checked their website). He told me (without being forwarned) that the call was being recorded and he was going to play it back to me so "I can hear myself go on and on and on and on over $26" (going based on his fees online I was going on and on about over $60). He then tried to say he would help me if he can get the tow driver to confirm I TOLD HIM TO TOW IT TO MY HOUSE after i told him MULTIPLE TIMES that I was told by the police I can leave and it would be towed home. I repeated "i told you already, i wasnt there to tell the tow driver" and he said I was ranting and raving over the same thing BUT HE WAS THE ONE playing mind games and trying to manipulate the situation. Never in my life have I been treated this way with cusomer service ESPECIALLY by a business owner
