      When I was referred to Jason and Square 1 on ANGI I figured the company would be reliable. First it took one year to get the house painted after the initial estimate. Granted we have had rain for countless days, but nevertheless that was absurd. Then we argued endlessly regarding Jason's interpretation of replacement for rotted wood. He is the contractor and should have made an accurate estimate, Then his subcontractor for the painting did not prime, sand, etc. as outlined in the estimate and simply sprayed paint over the green mold and dirt. The wood trim was partially replaced with plastic trim which did not match the existing wood trim. I can go on and on including the multiple bags of trash left on my lawn for the entire project. But needless to say I wasn't happy and finally just paid the bill to be rid of the aggravation. This is the first spring with the new paint, I already have to get on a ladder and paint between the clapboards because the white corking is showing. And the black mold or rot is showing through the white trim. This is less than a year since the finished project. I would not recommend this company for painting.
