    Not happy at all.. I just purchased a vehicle from the ******* location.. as we speak they have my car and are refusing to fix the vehicle under their own warranty.. purchased the car last Friday, called Saturday with a list of 11 items wrong.. and these are issues that are mechanical.. brought the vehicle in Monday morning first thing, they had it all day.. I was shocked when I got the call it was ready same day.. before we could even leave the lot it the sensors starting acting up, (which was not on the initial list) the manager who came out (rude and defensive) ran a scanner and we ended up leaving it again (keep in mind we are driving an hour) called to check on it Tuesday and was told it’s at the infinity dealer since they couldn’t figure it out.. called Wednesday for an update to find out the sensor costs “too much” and they are refusing to fix it..he actually said he was “taking the car back and not doing the deal” well the car is registered, insured and the loan is set.. YOU CANT DO THAT.. by ct law, they are required to fix it.. side note, we own our own automotive shop and know that these repairs are not as costly as the dealer is saying and can be done at a reasonable price elsewhere.. I’m incredibly upset .. Jim (the manager) is doing everything he can to try to “back out of the deal” knowing full well I refuse to do it and he cannot do this without my consent.. .. this a $22k car.. it has 68k miles it’s not like it’s some used up mess..I plan to obtain and attorney if he doesn’t agree to fix it.. I hope the owners see this and address this issue accordingly
