    This transaction took place on 09/20/2024 in the amount of 500.00. I was told that this payment was 100% refundable and was only to put a hold on the vehicle. After multiple calls and emails I still have not received the 500 back. I have submitted proof as well from the company to process the 500.00 and still have not gotten anything back to date

    We have spoken to customer and let them know the refund was approved and done. We just have policy and procedures in place to make sure everyone involved in protected. We have kept the customer informed through the whole process and the customers refund has been processed and will be fully refunded.

    Car was purchased on 8/2/24 and became available for pick up on 8/26/24. I was told the car would be fully serviced and all safety checks done by the time I picked up. Was also told I would receive a form detailing all checks done on the car, but when I picked up, I didn't receive that form. Car started to vibrate ALOT on the drive home. I also noticed scratches on the paint when I got home. When I informed them of this, they said I would have to bring the car in and they have had NO rentals available for the past 3 weeks. They also made me take the car to a **** **** close to home and they confirmed that ****** are severely worn and alignment is terrible. I now need to get new tires and what's a day short of a month, I continue to not get anything fixed or serviced.

    We have spoken with the customer and are taken care of any issues. Not too sure why he put in a bad review when we have been speaking to him almost daily and I have told him that we would of course take care of any issues he has. He lives far away so we were trying to make it easy for him to take it somewhere that they could do an alignment and balance but of course they are trying to up sell him because that is there job. We did a full safety before he took the car, and the tires were 100% safety fit for the road, but we still have no problem checking it all out and if there is an issue it will be taken care of.     Jim Juliani motors has been responsive, and they did, appreciatively install new tires. Unfortunately they haven’t provided me any paperwork on what has been done, serviced or repaired or by what business. I’ve been asking for a pre-delivery inspection report since I picked up the car (since I was told I’d get one and always have from other dealers) and was assured I had it in my paperwork. All I had was a ** motor vehicle safety checklist which is for the state and not for the customer. I have no record of brake pad, oil change, oil used, tire tread or anything just assurances they have done it and the checklist provided. I also asked for paperwork when they changed the tires and was again assured alignment and balancing was done. Since the car still vibrates at highway speeds I have taken it upon myself to get the alignment done on my own since it is quite a distance to get to the dealership for me. Again they have responded timely and want to take care of the issue but haven’t fully and I have no paperwork or record of services performed. Having assurances and no documentation along with not having those assurances properly addressed while paying a premium for a premium car that I was repeatedly told would be all set when I picked it up (both from the initial delivery and with the service provided) has left me dissatisfied with their business practices.

    We did everything the customer asked and have made sure anything they asked for got done they brought the car here and we took it and replaced the tires and made sure his vehicle was 100% safety fit for the road for the second time so if there was any other issues why not address us when you were here.     rear supension and sway bar and 3 different code coming up and check engine light comes on Dangerous to drive Keeping telling him to make an appointment Needs to get this taken care of only had car* weeks *016 **** ***** *** Should have not left the dealship Want this taken care of and want a loner to drive until it is fixed Dealship in ********* and he lives in ******** Name is ***** ****** ********** email mine is ****************** and my phone is **********and his is ******************* Very upsetting Not up to him to get a rental and cost him money when it is the dealships problem They should be able to loan him a vechile and fix the problems.

    Purchased a 2014 ******** sedan from Jim Juliani motors in December of last year. Over the course of the last 4 months there has been a number of mechanical issues with the vehicle. Every month since December we’ve had to take it in to a certified ******** dealership. The problems with this vehicle continues to accumulate. I have documentation on everything that ******** dealership has found. There’s instances where we are getting feed back on these issues where half the work has been done. Half the parts were replaced while leaving the faulty parts in. I purchased this vehicle for my nephew, and I believe my nephew has spent close to 2500$ trying to figure out what’s wrong with this vehicle. The people from a certified ******** dealership here in ******** ******* have said many this such as the vehicle has been struck by lightning or something of that nature. It has severe electrical issues. The vehicle turns on for 5 seconds and then shuts off but will show on the dash that it is in fact still on. The people from this company sold us a terrible warranty that doesn’t even cover any of the issues that are happening. I have reason to believe that Jim juliani motors sold me a lemon. I do not want the vehicle anymore and would like for my money back. It’s unbelievable how the ** claims that these issues came after we drove the vehicle and refuses to make things right. I am asking for your help to make things right.

    This is false and not true. We have helped Mr. ****** ********** already and will continue to help in any way we can. He bought a car that is As-Is and out of good faith we already helped him with an issue he had as well as told him I would help again if he sent me paperwork on what needs work but we can not rebuild used cars that are sold As-Is. We made sure the car was safety checked and emissions were done before he took the car. We are not responsible for things that happen once he took it back to Colorado. We have been in business for 35 years in same location and do not turn our backs on any customer but we will not be bullied and threatened by customers that they are gonna slander our dealership and make up lies for there own benefits.

The o yo reason they’re saying they offered to assis me is only after that I made a complaint to the bbb. Had they been more helpful I would of never reached out in the first place.

    I purchased a 2006 *** ** from JimJuliani Motors in ********* **. on December 23,2022. To preface my problem: I live on **** ****** in ******* which took a direct hit from Ian. My **** *** was destroyed. I found a similar car on ******* at Jim Juliani Motors. My salesperson, Joe knew how excited I was to replace the car. He offered me an additional service package for $999. This was in addition to the Safety checks that are required by *********** law. It was to do a 100 point inspection and to resolve any issues that were found. I repeatedly asked Joe in person at the time of purchase and via phone calls and texts, for a copy of the work done. After the 4th attempt he texted me a hand written note, not signed or dated. He said they didn’t do work on a computer, and this was the best he could do. On this list was a new convertible top motor. I put the roof down once after it was shipped to Florida. The second time, it stopped between up and down. I called Joe twice on Monday January 16, I also spoke with service department twice. They assured me I have a new motor and they don’t know what the problem is and they would check with the manager and get back to me. Since that time, in the past 2 weeks and in less than 50 miles, I have the service engine light is on and the battery died. I finally was able to contact the General Manager, Dave, today. He basically said the exact thing that Joe and Service told me. I also have a concern that the additional $999 service was entered as part of the sales price and nothing noted under service. They said that is normal. I am extremely upset but also insulted that it seems they have taken advantage of my situation. Thank you for your time. ****** **** *****

    This issue is resolved by the General Manager Dave P*********** and ****** *****. We have sent her out a check to get all her issues taken care of we are a company who backs every thing we do and we are very sorry Mrs. ***** had a few issues but I talked with her and made the agreement to send her a check to get the problem fixed. Mrs. ***** said once she receives the check she will take down this complaint and she is very happy now. Thanks Jim Juliani Motors

    This car dealership scammed me I bought a 2009 ******** *** three months ago started to noticed that the car is hesitating then it started to slip I called them scheduled an appointment with them by the time I was to go in for the appointment the lights came off when I went there they told me that if there is no light on the the dashboard there is nothing that they can do as soon as I got home the ABS,SLIP,CHECK ENGINE, and AWD lights came back on so I called them the next day to setup an appointment they were giving me a two week waiting list so I told them I can't wait that long so they referred me there transmission guy that is an hour away from where I live so I called there transmission guy he told the best thing for me is to find someone that's closer to me so that's when I decided to go to ******** and that's where I found out they sold me a LEMON a rotted car . I called them to let them know how I felt after I found out they sold me a rotted car they got upset with me because I didn't go to there transmission guy and on top of that they told me if I don't find a way to take the car to there transmission guy they can't help me I told them at this point I don't want this car anymore they said there sorry but there's nothing they can do. I honestly think you guys are BIG IN SCAMMING customers.

    Customer Robinson purchased a 2009 ******** *** from us "As Is" approximately 4 months ago. She called us to schedule a service appointment because the ABS light was on. Upon inspection on the day of her appointment, the ABS light was not on and the car was running with no issue. The customer called us back the following day to say that the ABS light had turned on and she wanted to set up another service appointment with us. We were completely booked at the time and were able to offer her an appointment in about two weeks so we offered to set her up with an appointment at a local, trusted mechanic and she accepted. When the customer made contact with the outside mechanic, she told them that she needed an appointment ASAP and was unwilling to wait for an appointment with them, as well. The customer then made a decision to go to ******** dealership to have her car serviced. When a car is purchased "As Is", we have no obligation to service the car but we would have gladly helped her either with our mechanics or a trusted mechanic but she was not willing to wait for an appointment with either.

    I’ve been scammed my money. These people sold me a lemon car and did not let me test drive it. They’ve been holding my money hostage for two weeks now. I got the car on the 10th and returned it on the 11th. Leaving out on the highway with the car, it started to say “Gear Box Malfunctioning”. I was really scared for my life because when I seen this popped up I knew it was the transmission slipping I called and quickly told everything that was happening,I even tried to return the car but they told me not to come back because they were closing and to come back next thing in the morning. Next thing in the morning,I’m driving scared for my life because the car started acting stupid and I almost crashed on the highway due to the malfunction of the car. I just want my refund back, they took $2000 down payment and that money was a loan I borrowed from someone because I just started working.I’ve been wasting my money on taxis and asking for rides from my friends just to get to work. These people are frauds and liars and they even ran my mom credit more than one time when they said they would only do it one time. I am just a young driver that’s been saving up money for a new car and these people gave me a bad experience of my life and I am really scared that I won’t get my refund back.

    These are all false and not true. First of all he purchased an As-Is vehicle that was registered and insured in his name you can not return it. Second we have covered a $3000 bill from service even though he bought an As-Is vehicle because we back our products and do not sell lemons. They have not returned our calls or came in to talk. We are not obligated to do anything on As-Is vehicles but we did in good fate. We will send over the purchase order where the customers signed multiple times stating the vehicle is As-Is. We are very sorry Mr. ******* is having any issues but these are cars and unpredictable. We are doing right by him trying to help but there is no returning the vehicle it is already registered and titled in his name. Also as we explained to him and his Mother who co-signed we sent it to more then one bank to get them the best deal and rates possible. We always make sure we go above and beyond to try and get our customers the best deals out there.
