      This issue involves a misleading advertisement on the Shaker website. Service Center Specials include Oil Change promoted as an incredible value called "The Works". You receive a complete vehicle checkup that includes an oil change and top off all fluids for a set price. Oddly enough when you print the coupon no price is shown only what is called "The Works", listing services included "all for a very competitive price." After service was completed, the Service Advisor, *** Amanda S. explained to me that they do not participate in "The Works" a promotional offer and was billed for labor and parts which cost higher than normal billing for these services. In addition, I was unable to resolve windshield washer close to empty and coolant at minimum with Amanada, Service Advisor ***.

      So this is what happen the Ford company fixed my car which I thought was fixed they did the clutch and a few other things I drove down to ******* got down there. The car broke down. I called the Ford company. Basically the guy told me it’s not their problem I better get it worked out, so I get it with that at another Ford company down in Palm Coast Florida. It was what they said they fixed which was it fixed right? The guy said the bolts were loose nothing was tore down. The whole thing fell apart and broke so I was stuck in ******* Over the holiday weekend which I wasn’t supposed to be I was supposed to be back home I was just there to drop stuff off. I am up missing my green sons and the year concert my nephews graduation from being stuck down there for a ****** job that they did, and when I called them, did not want to take any responsibility for it , I had to get a hotel for four days and I had no car for four days down there. I’m just lucky I made it down there how I don’t know because the job was done wrong. Don’t know why could be done but something needs to be done. Somebody needs to be a accountable for the ****** job they did, and for me being stuck where I was and freedom treating me the way I did when I called

      Car fire based on oil lifter loose, leaked on engine. Have fire report. Also have police report. **** *********** claim in progress, however the amount paid was not anywhere near the value of the car.

      I spoke to my service manager and this repair was done almost two years ago. We strongly feel this fire was not caused by the work we did on this car.
