      We should have run. First there was a supply issue- okay, we understood. I texted Bari weekly or more and he'd get back to me assuring he'd get things done, but then no follow up. I ALWAYS followed up and it was getting harder to get responses from Bari. Timelines kept changing. He claimed he was sick and had personal setbacks with death in the family. We were sympathetic. Then 2 neighbors who used Bari said he also gave them lots of setbacks (ex- deaths in his family excuse) and Bari was slow to respond to them. My neighbors had to really "sit on him" to get their roof installed. We were getting nervous. We finally explained our frustration with the lack of follow through and would be bringing his licensing into question at the state level. After a snarky text message response, he sent us a SUPER professional email with details as we requested. We finally felt some relief. Roof got installed end of December 2022. In May of 2023 we notice bubbling and cupping on our new roof. Bari responded saying it's our dormer gambrel roof retaining too much heat and need better ventilation (but it is also happening over our garage open gable roof too, so doesn't seem to be the cause). He assured us we are under warranty, he will fix it. Great, we feel good he will resolve our issue. Fast forward 10+ emails later over 7 weeks of time (I followed up every 4-5 days and he hardly responded to any, never came out or sent anyone to see the roof). It's mid September and Bari STILL has not come out to see or fix it. In late August he said he’ll fix it. He again claimed there was death in his family causing business setbacks. It's hard to believe he's had so many tragic events in his family, especially since claiming this with both us and our neighbors. He told us he would get this issue figured out the first week of September. Never showed up (no surprise), no follow up text/email/phone call or reschedule message. It seems like he doesn't care about the position he's leaving us in.
