  We cannot recommend Action Windows and Siding enough for your window and door replacement needs. We love our new windows and new doors! We so appreciate all of the time the sales team spent helping us to navigate what was best for us; as well as helping us to understand the financing and what was available to us. The team who came to install the new windows/ doors was very efficient-their work was done in a timely manner, and high quality. They were able to do the installation in January, of all times of the year, with no disruption to our lives! We will be returning customers! ******* **

  We love the windows we recently got replaced by Action windows and siding, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We are so grateful for their professionalism and are so happy we finally got rid of our old drafty windows. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality replacement windows.

  I have been dealing with Action Windows and siding for many years. Very personal and professional customer service, several great installation teams. Great quality windows, and guaranteed for sure. I called the owner of the company that one of my windows were getting little foggy after 6-7 years.. Next day their guys came, inspected the window, called me after that they will replace the window for free. Really appreciate that. I would not go anywhere else for my new or replacement windows… ooo yes, one more thing. The prices are very competitive… Highly recommend

  Action Windows and Siding replaced my old windows with beautiful new vinyl windows. Starting from giving me an estimate to cleaning up after work was completed, everything was done right! They recommend the best type of window for my house, explained to me all little details of design, fabrication and installation of my windows. Great company, great people. I am very happy how this job was done!

  I bought replacement windows from this company. They came and installed them in not an unreasonable amount of time. I asked them to pull a permit which they did two days after the installation was complete. I called the town building official to inspect the installation. The inspection failed because the company did not install (or offer) child locks on the second floor bedrooms. The building official also found that two large windows on the main floor were not tempered glass. I contacted the company and they sent a worker with plastic trim molding to create a window block so that the bedroom windows can not be opened more then 4 inches per code. It would have been better if they had offered the on/off locks so that can opened for fresh air when the room is unoccupied. They refuted the building officials claim and stated they would submit an exemption to the state building official to over rule the town official. I waited a year and a half and called repeatedly for this to be done but it never was. The salesman admitted that it was still on his desk. During the first winter, there was a cold high wind event and most of the windows leaked air badly around the frame. I called and complained to the owner and he sent two of the installers to check and they verified the problem. They came back a couple days later and removed the exterior trim of two large windows and as I expected there was no insulation around the original frame. They claimed it was not their job to insulate that and it was my homes faulty insulation. If that's in fact the case then they should have notified me at that time and I would have paid extra to insulate that portion. When done, they said they would only return if I paid an additional $80 per window to have them insulate them. Since they had destroyed the inside window trim on the ones they did I refused to pay extra for what should have been done originally. I am left with an unsatisfactory installation and an open permit.
