    Harborview is the Management company for ******** ******* in *******. I had water damage a year ago, they have stonewalled doing repairs. I have been emailing and calling for updates. On July 17th I had a contractor come who identified my wall was wet, we opened the wall in an attempt to repair. There is mold and the inside of wall is saturated and rotted. The building contractor came, took photographs, I emailed ***** *** **** the office manager at ******** and they have not responded or emailed with updates or timeline of repairs. I don’t know if the black mold is a safe environment for me or my son to be living in. My HOA fee is $562 monthly, property is not being maintained.

    In several email exchanges, Robin assured me I would get detailed, updated information regarding plans to repair damage to my condo.  When I didn't receive it, she back peddled and said the information would be shared when it became available.  She plays this game where she just advises the board but was actually present at the meeting and the next day I get the most vague and email with no detail from the board about the repairs.  After again asking for details and a time line, I get a note taped to my front door stating the building is being resided.  Just that materials are going to be delivered and a contractor had been hired.  These are some of the details I had requested and being that it's damage specific to my unit, I feel that it should have been shared with me. 

    In another thread of emails, I have repeadtly requested documents pertaining to my unit, per state statue once they are acknowledged receipt of these requests they need to comply or resond within 5 days.  I have in 3 seperate emails asked for my maintenance file, she acknowledged receipt of the email and told me the office was preparing them- that was over 2 weeks ago.  I sent an email in June asking for documents - it was not acknowledged so I shared with Robin, she acknowledged receipt of and still no reply. 

    This a game they play with withholding information you are rightfully entitled to!

    Harborview Realty is a vendor to the ******** ******* Condominium Association.  Our role is strictly to advise the Board only.  We are not responsible for repairs to units.  ******** ******* has staff onsite that deals with repairs: an office manager, a maintenance manager, a carpenter and a handyman. The Board of Directors makes all decisions.  ***** is aware of this.  Her complaint is directed at the wrong company.

    This complaint is unfounded and misdirected.  Our contract with ******** ******* Condominium Association is for professional advice on property management issues.  All accounting and maintenance are handled by the ******** ******* in house staff, not Harborview Realty Services.  ******** ******* has an office manager, maintenance manager, carpenter and handyman onsite under the direct supervision of the ******** ******* Board of Directors.  The maintenance manager manages the maintenance staff and hires maintenance contractors.  Harborview Realty does not have any authorization, responsibility or supervision over any maintenance projects at ******** *******.  Again, our contract is limited to advising the Board on property management issues.  The complainant has been told this on numerous occasions.  Please reach out to the ******** ******* office to confirm this ###-###-####.  The office manager is **** ******.  The maintenance manager is ***** ******.  And the president of the Board is ***** Osipow.  Thank you.
