Just I purchased a handbag from resale Rosale roundabout. *** ******** *********** **** ***** **** location. The bag was on sale was supposed to be 50% off I was told I paid $146 and some change for the bag and was given a receipt to that fact. When I brought the bag home and used it a couple of days later the inside lining of the bag was so badly deteriorated that it stained my cell phone my cell phone case in my wallet causing permanent damage and cost him $246 for replacement items. It was like a leathery suedeish material that was breaking down and leaving a residue on anything I’d put in the bag. I went back to the store and was told by an employee that the manager wasn’t there and she wouldn’t be back for about 10 days but to come back then. I went back brought the bag brought the receipt and explained what happened to the manager. She said that it was a closeout item and it was final sale. I was not made aware that the item was a close out or final sale and the store keeps the tag when you purchase an item and she even pulled the tag and noted that it did not say so on the tag. She would not refund my money. I reached out to customer service via email after this. Heather, the employee that was helping me with the situation also refused to give me a refund but in one of her emails she stated that upon speaking with the owner about my situation, they were still not going to refund me for the bag. She did a price breakdown only to come to find out they had overcharged me by $80 for the bag. When I had responded to that email and asked at least for the amount back that I was overcharged because that was the least fair thing they could do she never would respond again. I called every location for this business, Asking to speak to the owner to resolve the issue and give me my refund for the price I was overcharged but the employees who answered the phone would say the owner wasn’t available and hang up in my face. I want my money back for the amount I overpaid.
