  This was the second bed I have ordered from Saatva. I love my mattress and would highly recommend them. They make the ordering process easy and stand behind their product.

  Saatva has quality products made in the U.S. and stand behind them with an amazing exchange or refund policy. Their representatives are very knowledgeable and friendly in answering any question you may have. I had the pleasure of speaking with Yasira who took much time in addressing every concern I had. I would recommend Saatva to friends and family.

  I ordered the Saatva Classic Mattress, Lux Firm, Queen, for my husband, who likes firm mattresses. Immediately, he wished it were firmer, but I made him sleep on it for 30 days. At the end of 30 days, he said it was a very nice mattress, but he still wanted a firmer one. Called Saatva C/S, hoping the request for a replacement would go smoothly, and was so happy to find it was one of the easiest things I've done in a long time. Easy Peasy. Husband is looking forward to the new mattress, and we will be very pleased if it goes as well as the request for exchange.

  Everything has been as stated, we purchased our second mattress (different model from the first) and wanted to exchange it for the Rx as we previously purchased. No problems, took less than five minutes on the phone and the exchange is moving forward. We exchanged tje classic for thr Rx, as we found the Rx met our needs better. One for the house and one for the 5th wheel we sleep in all summer. Expensive mattresses, but worth every penny. Up until our purchases with Saatva, we slept on $600 matress sets from the big box stores...should bit the bullet years ago!

  Above and beyond customer service to say the least! Beyond their exceptional quality product, Not only Saatva have the 365 return policy to ensure customers’ satisfaction, but they also have the 5-8 years service to give customers better options if they need to change mattresses! All it took me is a simple online chat with their representative Rebecca to solve a problem I was having with my luxury firm matters, for them to send me 3 different options to choose from to help me sleep better! Problems solved in less than 10 minutes! It couldn’t get any better than this! I highly recommend business with Saatva!

  Ordered my mattress and took delivery of the Wrong mattress in 19 days. The delivery team checked and unfortunately I was sent the incorrect mattress from Saatva. I called customer service and was able to talk to a representative immediately. She took my information, checked the order and in fact I was sent the incorrect mattress. During the call she did take $50 off the remaining balance. I was told to use the mattress that was delivered, good thing because they removed the old one. I received a phone call the next morning and the representative explained what had happened, that they would make a new mattress and not send one that was destined for a store. He explained that it would be approximately 19 days until I could expect the correct mattress. The mattress that they sent me was quite uncomfortable the first night, hopefully I receive my new on sooner OR I will Have To get accustomed to the one they left me with. Hopefully I can update this review and give them a glowing updated review.

  Saatva mattresses are heavenly. We just purchased a second mattress and an adjustable base. Cannot wait for delivery. Customer Service has been helpful, responsive, professional. Great product, great service.

  I had purchased a mattress topper that did not fit my bed. Alyssa actively listened to what I had to say, explored options on how to remedy the problem & helped me find the best solution for my needs. It was a pleasure to interact with her.
