            I made an appointment with Volvo of Westport to have my car services for its 80,000 mile check up. The invoice printed that it would cost $600.00 dollar or so for the service. The service advisor manipulated the price so it printed that the cost of service would be $1200. I could see him change it on the system and when I asked why, he mentioned this was their price and the system was wrong. The dealership serviced my car and I paid. I was suspicious of the cost. I called Volvo of Danbury - a dealership in the same business - and they confirmed that they charge $690.00 for the same routine service check up at 80,000 miles. I believe that Volvo of Westport took advantage of me and charged me an unscrupulous amount for the service and I would like a price adjustment.             I took my car to Volvo to have it serviced recently, and I'm disgusted that I spent soo much money for the issues still to persist. My car has been back to Volvo at least 10 times since the original scheduled service. Rafael my recent tech has not called me back period. when I fist brought my car to Volvo I received my vehicle back with loose bolts. my car literally went off the road and I nearly died. come to find out the service technician forgot to tighten bolts. get the car back it's too tight now. the drive is off.. a few weeks later there are new issues. I'm dismayed with the level of Service I received. very pleasant in person, but will not return calls or honor much.. it's frustrating because you put your trust in a dealership, and this is the level of serviced received.. my car still isn't fixed nor has Volvo made any attempts to resolve my frustration. ZERO STARS
