    Attempted to close my account administered by Voya. Voya claims to have mailed a check. Check not received. It is important to note that at time of allegedly SUCCESSFULLY closing account. Voya did not request SSN number just employee ID number. Voya claims to have mailed a final check October of 2023. Check NOT receioved as of April 2024. Because the "check" Voya pretends to have sent was not received, Voya is NOW demanding SSN via telephone, insists that SSN can only be inputted by telephone. Not online. Not with help of a voya employee. The GAME is this: Voya's system will NOT recognize SSN input by phone. Voya insists it needs social security number inputted by account holder’s telephone - only way, not by letter, not by e-mail, not by text, not by stating the number to a Voya employee. Nope. Has to be by account holder’s telephone. Ahhh, there’s the con – Voya’s system does NOT recognize SSN input by phone. Tried over a dozen times. So - no check. Voya keeps my money. Forced to resort to Small Claims Court. ** Sec of State lists Voya Institutional Plan Services, LLC with agent as Corporation Service Company. If your company is using Voya, complain to your company, complain to your fellow employees, post on social media. Research the many many many online complaints regarding Voya. Voya are sharks - guess who you are to them?

    This customer has had bad customer service toward me. They haven't followed up with me or responded to my e-mails. They claim to be an ethical company. That is definitely not true from what I have experienced. I am investing with other companies to trust with my money. I suggest anyone to be very cautious dealing with this company.
