My cat had nasal lymphoma and needed radiation, this place is only one around that had an opening as there are only 2 facilities near my area…. And we are 3 hours away. We were going back and forth for a month for him to get treatment. Dr. Debbie O****** is unbelievably so unprofessional, you can’t ask any questions about treatment and even how he was doing in the hospital, one phone conversation I had was a specific question about how he would be after treatment ( she got angry because I asked about long term sensitivity to his teeth where the tumor was) I’ve been in the dental field for 30 years. I never got an answer, she screamed at me for asking then I asked can I just ask how he did with treatment and she hung up on me! She would call my husband with updates during the week and EVERY single time she was nasty and hung up. The other tech CJ who works closely with her is just as nasty. I had 2 other animals with cancer unfortunately and they received treatment elsewhere and we were never treated so horribly! I’ve had animals my entire life and never seen anything like this and to be treated so poorly! My husband and I were sick to our stomachs every time we had to speak with her. After his radiation was completed we continued with an oncologist in ***** who we have used before and is wonderful. Something needs to be done with this hospital and Dr. Debbie O******. On our last day, a staff member asked how we were treated and she agreed and said I hear her yelling at pet owners and being sarcastic. She is a disgrace to the veterinary profession and especially being in oncology. Dr. Debbie O****** has bad reviews on line for this issue. His treatment ended in October and my husband and I are still traumatized! I had to ask questions to our ***** oncologist and he would answer the best he could because Debbie O****** would just yell at you or hang up.

On August 14th 2023 we brought our cat ******* to New England Vet in ******** *** My cat ******* had stopped breathing at home and we had to travel 20 minutes to New England Vet with not a breath from *******. Upon arrival to New England EMERGENCY Vet the doors were locked. It took them a few minutes to open the door. When we finally got in we told them that he stopped breathing at home with zero breathe on the 20 minute ride. It took them more time to take ******* to the back. After 5 minutes ( so now its been at LEAST 30 mins if not more) they came in and asked if we wanted them to do CPR but the chances were 2% he would make it. THEY KNEW HE WAS ALREADY DECEASED and STILL were going to do CPR knowing he wouldnt make it and was already gone. They charged us over $1000 for this visit. This business took advantage of grieving, upset customers. They knew there wasnt a chance he would make it and wanted to collect their payment. I have called NUMEROUS times to speak to the office manager Heather, I even went to get his ashes and was told then too that she was out ( seems shes not in the office a lot as an office manager of an EMERGENCY VET) and its now December and I still have yet to hear from her. She knows they are in the wrong and refuses to call me back or speak to me about this. All I would like is my money back besides the ashes fee. They knew he was gone and took advantage and I find this DISGUSTING as the only EMERGENCY vet close by to me. I am not happy I have not gotten a call back ( this right here shows that they are in the wrong on this one by not getting back to me) If you could please help with this matter I'd appreciate it. I will never go there again because as a vet whose suppose to care about animals, they only wanted to collect payment at this point knowing it was over 45 mins without breathing knowing we were giving CPR the whole way there and he had no heart beat. Thank you so very much. Total amount looking to get back is $939.75 out of$1316.75
